[Matthew Triggs]

Matthew walked down from the dorms still half asleep, however he had to put an announcement on the common room board. He was told to put it up by someone last night... last night? he can't remember last night. He put the announcement on the board for all to see and read. It said:
ATTENTION ALL RAVENCLAWS!
WE NEED A CHASER FOR OUR QUIDDITCH TEAM
IF YOU ARE INTERESTED, GO ONTO THE RANDOM CHATTER FORUM SECTION
THE BEATER AND 1 CHASER POSITION ARE ABOUT TO BE FILLED
SURELY SOMEONE CAN PLAY?

[Cassie Eros]

Cassie was sitting quietly reading a book in front of the common room fireplace. She looked up at the new person entering the room. "Oh Good Morning Matthew," she said quietly, closing her book after inserting a crimson bookmark in between the pages. She smiled setting it aside. "Up awful early hmm...?" she asked, looking at the lock at the other side of the room, "It's about 5 in the morning..."

Matthew was scared half to death. He hadn't expected anyone to be down here, but he didn't have a clue what time it is. His brain kicked in and quickly regained life.

"Oh, hi Cassie, why are you up this early? What is it... like 6am?". Matthew slunked into a comfy chair and felt alot better. Turning his table into a teapot he took himself a cup to wake him up. He instantly felt refreshed. Offering it to Cassie he said "You want some? There's plenty to go around"

"Hmm," she asked, lazily. Her limbs were filled with fatigue she wished would go away and she quickly shaked her mind from the fantasy world the book had easily erected inside her mind. "Oh, yes," she said, taking a cup daintily and sipping at it after blowing on it softly to cool. "MmM," she said easing back , "It's delicious."

"Actually its five," she said, glancing at the clock, "Up early hm?" she asked taking another sip. "I've been up all night, I had finished my homework and picked up a book to read and I guess I let myself get too engrosed in it," she said thinking back to the lavish plot which had so easily attacked her mind.

"Oh, I couldn't sleep. Once I wake up I can't nod back off". He took another sip at his tea. It wasn't quite sweet enough so Matthew helped himself to another 5 sugars. "What book are you reading?".He could have as many sugars as he liked. He never got hyperactive and his teeth were in pretty good condition. "I'd rather sleep than do homework though"

[Cassie Eros]

"Ah, the same with me," she said, taking another sip. The fatigue began to drench into her limbs and she began to feel the weight of exhaustion. Oh well, another sleepless night shouldn't be too hard. "Oh it's just a muggle novel," she said quickly, it was an automatic response. Most people had no idea what she would ever be reading, they weren't muggles. It made her different. "Ah, homework's fine with me I can help you if you want," she said absentmindedly, stiffling a yawn.

"Nah, it's alright," replied Matthew, draining the rest of his tea. "It's nothin' much. I can do it at Lunch. I must say, I quite like muggle liturature myslef. The way that they think that pixies and goblins are ficticious is almost laughable!". He hardly ever read muggle books and really he was just trying to keep the conversation going.
Oh no, he thought to himself She's going to start asking questions that I can't answer now!!!. He stood up and stretched before sitting back down again, taking another sip of Earl Grey.

[Cassie Eros]

"I suppose, but those are mostly for little kids," she said chuckling to herself. "I'm actually reading a romance novel, but that's all well and good," she said smiling. "Um, so when are we meeting for quidditch, I'm quite looking forward to it," she said happily, sitting back and sipping her tea again. She looked quite content just sitting there.

"Well, so far, I think your the only nominee for Quidditch Captain! So it's completely up to you when we meet" Matthew said this very confidently. He checked the Quidditch Squad everyday. "So it's up to you to book the pitch of Sparrow and get the team together,". Matthew tapped his wand on his head and put on his Ravenclaw school robes. "Oh, and yes, I am looking forward to Quidditch. You play chaser don't you?"

[Cassie Eros]

"Yeah, I was thinking that, but I was the seeker back in first year, maybe I'll do that," she said thinking about it. She hadn't played in a long time, she hoped she wasn't that out of practice. She looked at him curiously, "What were you thinking to play?" she asked curiosly. She finished her tea, but she promptly poured herself another cup. It felt good as it trickled down her parched throat and the sweet flavor helped. She loved tea, much more than coffee.

"Beater all the way" Matthew replied. He was longing to get back on his broom. The trill of whacking a ball really hard at some one was so much fun. "When are you going to ask Sparrow about practice. I think we need all the practice we can get!"

[Cassie Eros]

"I'll ask her immediately," she informed him, she was all business for a minute there. She smiled, "Yes, I'll go talk to her later on, but I shouldnt' disturb her and Fred at this early hour, that would be too rude," she said smiling, "You do know that Sparrow is my auntie, so I'm sure that she would get us in no problem. Leave it to sparrow to love me so much," she said, laughing at all the fond memories that they had shared together.

"Well you learn something new every day. You're pretty close then huh?" Matthew was getting rather bored of sitting in the common room. He enjoyed her company but he was tired and weary so to wake him up he decided to go for a walk. He drained the last few drops of Earl Grey and stood up and stretched. He tapped his wand on his head and his blue Ravenclaw robes covered over his blue pjamas. "Do you fancy going for a walk? The air might make you feel a little refreshed?"

"Sounds wonderful," she said, smiling. "Can I freshen up a bit before we head out," she asked. She watched him nod (Sorry for the PP) and she hurriedly went up stairs and changed into some muggle clothes and brushed her teeth. She chose a black tank top with a denim jacket over the top. Her jeans were clingy but not horribly tight. She quickly washed her face and hurried down. "Hope that didn't take too long, let's go!"
