Trying to Keep Busy

Brandon had went on a very short leave after getting dumped. He wasn't doing the greatest job at keeping his mind off the reason why Sparrow dumped him. It wasn't like he blamed her! He probably would have done the same thing if Sparrow had cheated on him with a girl. Well, maybe not. But, he was a guy! You couldn't blame him for not loving having a bisexual girlfriend, but it didn't matter. He was left without a girlfriend, or boyfriend, and had his best friend completely pissed at him for hurting her little cousin.

He was scanning through a potion book, trying to remember a few that he believed would come in handy. Nothing was sticking to his mind, though. It was becoming hard for him to focus and he was still fighting with himself on being transferred out of Hogwarts. Hogwarts had enough healers and nurses skilled enough to work here. And sure they could find a new, better, Head Healer. He closed the book and literally threw it aside. He dropped down in a chair, scratching his head. At the moment, he'd give anything to take back sleeping with Kiyo. He had a damn good life before he decided to screw it up and now he was living in hell.

Tyson made his way through the school, his cousin was walking along beside him. He had just recently gotten a job as Healer, and needed to be able to find his way around. So when he asked Jennifer, she said she's show him around, but was leaving right after.

The two had been circling the school for about half an hour, getting lost about once or twice when trying to find the Hospital Wing. Jenn claiming that she hardly ever had reason to go there. So she wasn't able to remember exactly where it was.

When they finally reached the Hospital Wing, they had barely made it through the door when seeing a book being thrown. Tyson turned to Jenn, who just shrugged in return to his questionable look.
"You're on your own now, I gotta go, bye!" She said patting him on the back and apparating to god knows where.

Brandon heard voices and turned to look over his shoulder at the guy standing there. He gave him a slightly dirty look, not meaning to though. He turned away and stood up. He walked over to where the book landed and picked it up. He carried it to the bookshielf and put it away before turning to Tyson. The dirty look had disappeared in the time, though it was still obvious to anyone that he was depressed, although everyone that have been around him for a shrot time would be used to that look.
"Can I help you?"

Tyson was taken back from the dirty look, wondering what the guys problem was. You don't just give a dirty look at someone because they walk into the room. Actually Tyson was still standing in the doorway. He looked around the room, a bit hesitant, but entered anyways.

"Um, actually, I just got hired as a Healer. I was just making sure I knew my way around." He said, though was still looking around, and not at Brandon as he answered.

Brandon nodded. He'd actually been informed about a new healer coming, but he didn't have a clue as to when he would show up.
"Oh. Well, I'm Brandon Lori. The Head Healer here at Hogwarts. Well, this is the Hospital Wing, if you didn't guess."
Brandon actually took a second to actually look Tyson over. Although he was still furious with himself for cheating on Sparrow, he couldn't help but notice Tyson was very good looking. He looked away from him, thinkng that checking out another guy would only lead him to more trouble. Well, it wasn't like he was going to just do what he did with Kiyo. Kiyo was just a fling.

"Tyson Parker."
He stated simply. Then turned to face Brandon, taking a moment to look him over, he wasn't bad looking, but at the moment Ty thought was straight. He had no reasons to think otherwise.
"Yeah, I know, my cousin was showing me around."

Brandon nodded, making a mental note of Tyson's name. He walked around the Hospital Wing, not sure as to what else to do. Why the hell did all the cute guys have to come in here and find him!? He sat back down and stared at Ty, unable to help himself to checking him out. Hey, you couldn't blame him. The only guy he had been with was Kiyo.
"There's not a whole lot in the Hospital Wing. A few private rooms for students that specially request one. Then there's a German Nurse that's like older then dirt that looks like a man. It is very scary and for some odd reason, has a crush on me."
It was true. Manly-Nurse was still around and still mean/flirty to Brando. He looked around the room, pointing out the private rooms for Tyson before turning back. Brandon still couldn't help himself, but to check out Tyson. Ok, so if that wasn't a little hint as to him liking guys. Brandon didn't know how to really control himself yet.

Tyson smirked to himself, okay so maybe he was wrong, he was pretty sure he had caught Brandon checking him out. Not that it bothered him.
"German Nurse huh? Must be fun."
Tyson said with a laugh. It sounded horrible, and Tyson hoped to not run into that nurse anytime soon.

[Brandon Lori]

"It's realy creepy. I've been trying to get her fired since my best friend is the Mistress of Magic. She hasn't helped much."
Brandon looked away from Tyson again. He wasn't too sure what to do. It wasn't like he was experienced in flirting or dating. Expecally with guys! He looked back at Tyson, guessing that maybe there'd be a sign that he'd notice if Tyson was straight, gay or bi.

[Tyson Parker]

"I think I remeber my cousin saying she was friends with the Mistress."
He said, then started walking around the room.
"So, do you usually check guys out like that?"
Tyson asked, curiousity getting to him. He wanted to make sure he was correct about Brandon.

[Brandon Lori]

Brando instantly turned a light shade of red when relizing he was caught. He turned to the floor, now avoiding eye contact with Tyson. He bit his lip, trying to think of something to say.
"Uhh...not really. Sorry."
He mumbled, obviously embarressed.

[Tyson Parker]

Tyson just laughed it off. He was used to it, obviously Brandon was not. But Ty had many girls and guys checking him out, or even trying to pick him up.
"It's okay. I don't mind, just a little curious."
He said, sitting down in a chair next to Brandon.

Brandon was still embarressed. He couldn't help it. He felt like an idiot now. He continued to stare at the ground, even when Tyson sat down beside him and said he was just curious. He looked up at him finally.
"So, your like...?"
He didn't finish, but left it open for him to fill in if he was gay, straight or bi.

"...Bisexual."
He said, finishing Brandons sentence. It was no big deal to Tyson, anyone who knew him, knew he was bi. Well, maybe not his father, but his mom didnt seem to mind.

No one accept Raven, Sparr, and Kiyo knew Brandon was bisexual. He wasn't in a hurry for everyone to know. Expecally Ali. Her reaction was what he was scared of most. Expecally when she finds out how he found out. He knew she'd probably have him skinned. A small smile lit up on Brandon's face. Ok, so he was used to it. That made him feel a million times better.
"Same here."
