Absolute Championship Wrestling was not formed overnight. This is a company that took years to come to be. It all began back in 2006 with a young up brush company opened by a veteran of the game - Larry Fields. Larry Fields did not begin opening the company as he took years to learn the game before attempting such a task. He opened the most remarked talked about company that he named after himself. Larry’s Backyard Wrestling opened its doors. He did lose his entire purpose of being a backyard style company and becoming something huge. Anthony X, Dan Godwin and Chris Forest all made the company where it became to a level. But unfortunately at the first ever Wrestle fest they closed the doors due to personal issues.

But Fields was not down yet. He brought back the legacy of LBW with Lonestar Championship Wrestling. He decided to open Lonestar when Adam Cage wanted to give him a hand this time. With some great matches and great success a fight between Adam Cage and Larry Fields broke out. A huge confrontation between the two began and he could not believe that Adam would turn on him like that so he walked out and never returned. The company would soon go down the drain from that point and nobody would remember that Fields was gone but that over confident competitors killed Lonestar Championship Wrestling.

Larry began training competitors with Lou Fender and one of his students decided to buy the rights to Lonestar Championship Wrestling. Alex Benjamin of Benjamin Enterprises Inc decided to bring back the legacy of what Fields once did. He began by erasing all contracts and starting fresh. He has decided to all one class of Hall of Fame Members and those include the ones who made the companies to wheat they were. All title will be fresh and matches start new. Bi-Monthly events and weekly televised programming. He decided that this would be a new generation of competition. And it will all begin in his hometown of Chicago.

His purpose of Absolute Championship Wrestling is to show that there is no point in waiting in line for title shots. To ensure who deserves shots will get them. And he will even have some titles that nobody would ever expect to happened. His main purpose is to show that wrestling has a meaning and not just a bunch of people attacking one another with weapons. He wants to bring back wrestling and bring back the game of Professional Wrestling.
