Alrighty... first I'd like to say thanks again to all of you wonderful people out there. As you guys can see the site has been growing and growing and it's all thanks to you guys. Just make sure you keep it up! That said, I have a lot to get through so I guess I should just dive right on in.

ONE: First let's take a look at our stats for the week. The admins will post this once a week so you guys can see how the house ratio fluctuates. We don't really need to worry about gender balance right now ... you guys have been doing an awesome job of keeping that equal!

With that, I'm pretty sure you guys can figure out which houses and years are lacking. I'm not saying everyone needs to run out at make a fourth year, but some more Huffies and Gryffies [can't believe I'm saying this] would be nice.

TWO: Next, let's talk about the Hogwarts Underground. We're planning a site wide subplot to come up in the near future and it would be fantastic if we could fill up the rest of the spots on the newspaper before it is announced. We want to present the new plot through the newspaper [because we think that would be really cool xD] but we can't do that unless every position is filled. So go make mama proud and jump on the HU bandwagon - sorry, I'm weird.

THREE: Like the weekly awards that the admins pick, we're going to have a group of awards that are given monthly that you guys will choose. So start thinking of characters and people that you might nominate for different things. Some examples would be 'best rper' or 'hottest of hot or not'. Silly things like that. But Code-ster is in charge of those, so you'll be hearing more information from him soon.

FOUR: The lovely Trace suggested having a quote of the week. We modified it and decided to just have a quote rotator that will be located on the sidebar. The things is ... we don't have any quotes. So you guys should submit some to this thread. They can be from any in-character thread on the site. [yes, hot or not and notes count] If you do post one, please have it in this format: "Blah blah blah blah blah blah" - Wonderful Person

FIVE: Last, but certainly not least ... the month has changed from November to early December. Later on this month we will open up residences to allow for 'Winter Break.' Characters will be able to either stay at Hogwarts or leave and visit home during that time. Everyone should start thinking about what they would like their character to do and such. Also, if any of you guys ever get an idea for a site wide plot - such as a ball [which we are already thinking about for Valentine's day] or anything else, don't hesitate to post it. This thread would be the perfect spot.
