Similar to the other floors of the castle, the second floor held various courts for criminals of Hyrule. There are Hylian guards posted at every turn and it is extremely hard to get through the floor without being caught. The courts are often and session and when a high charge has been proved guilty the criminal is to be sent through the Twilight Mirror to the Twilight Realm.
