The citizens of the infamous "Sin City" are torn. You won't find a civil war; you won't find a political nemesis; you won't find any reasons to fight. The city lives off of 45% tourism, 5% citizens, and 50% is attributed to the "Underground."
The Underground is made up of special kinds of citizens. The black market, involving everything from human organs to drugs to keeping casino owners in check, keeps the city afloat. Las Vegas is famous in the undergrounds of the world for being the most solid and proficient, and for having the safest operations.

Jason's Garage
Muscle cars drive in and out of this garage and not only to be fixed. Only a selected few know that all underground –illegal- street racing, street race parties and other race business is run by Jason. During the day the doors of the garage are always open for business. During the night is when Jason is part of the Underground. Above the garage is a small apartment where Jason's lives.

Fashion Show Mall
One of the largest enclosed malls in the world. Its shopping center is enormous; it holds a nice food court and some higher-end restaurants along with “The Cloud.” It also has a fashion runway.

The Streets
Depending on what part of the city you're in, the streets aren't always the safest place to be. Unless you're invited, it's best to steer clear of the old warehouse where most of the Black Market deals are made. Drugs, prostitution, stolen goods. The "Underground" is a secret that most don't know anything about. It keeps Las Vegas going.
