These are here for a reason. Follow them, yeah?
oo1 Regardless of race, age, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, you are expected to treat every single member of this site with the utmost respect. If any member gets even a hint of any kind of slur, you will be banned immediately and without warning. Use the golden rule. Treat others as you would like to be treated.
oo2 Let's start off by saying that there isn't really a specific rating on this site. There are members of all different ages and maturities on this site. Put a warning somewhere in your topic title or description to let people know if something mature is going on in your topic. Ratings should include everything--sex, violence, cursing, drug use, etc.
oo3 When registering, please make sure that your user name includes your character's first and last name. One account per character. You are allowed to have as many characters as you can handle. If you want to make 10 characters, and you can use them all equally, feel free to do so. In order to have a semi-even male/female ratio here, I'm gonna say that for every two female characters you have, you must have a male to somewhat equalize things.
oo4 I'm not going to ask you to write a humongous book-sized post every time you post. I do, however, expect you to be fully literate if you want to be part of this site. Please make sure that all of your posts are at least three good sized paragraphs. Agoraphobia can be defined as an abnormal fear of public places. Keep reading. I know that everyone goes through slumps sometimes, but if you continuously post extremely short posts, you will be warned, and then probably banned. When posting, use the grammar you've been learning since at least the third grade. Spelling is a huge thing too---spell check can definitely be your best friend. Please make sure your posts are in third person past tense, and if you don't know what that is, don't bother joining.
oo5 As admins, Shannon and Brianna have every right to tell you that the reference you chose sucks. Use the resources to your advantage. Stay away from teeny bopper celebrities [including but not limited to]; singers, actors, actresses, socialites, etc. [here's a hint--no hilary's, lindsay's, ashley's, mary-kate's, alexis', rachel's, sophia's, paris', nicole's, etc.] Don't use any of those 'scene queens' either. They just don't fit here. Unless they're prostitutes. Or drag queens. Or extremely heavy drug users. Or all three rolled up into one. :] [ie. alicia simmons, audrey kitching, brittany kramer, chris crocker, hanna beth, jac vanek, jeffree star, lindyfu, raquel reed, zui suicide, kiki kannibal, samantha riddle, hilary haywire, etc. basically just anyone who's last name is not an actual last name. or anyone who got famous on the internet.]
oo6 This one's simple, kids. Stay active. There's no point in joining a site only to stop visiting it after a few days.
