I am Martin Sulc ( Marty ) from Czech Republic - Matherland of Skoda cars.

My big hobbyes is Skoda 110R - look my web www.skoda110R.COM
( unfortunately only in czech language )

In the 2010 will be 40. jubilee production first car of skoda 110R Coupe.

For this jubilee I want be publish book about history and models this cars.
Big section in the book will be PHOTO-CATALOGUE skoda 11OR coupe cars
which are still live and still is nice

I see that some don´t know year building his s110r.
In Czech republic this be problem too, if you haven´t original documents for car.

To all those who replied to my earlier thread with regards to the 110R book, this is the person who came up with the idea and is working hard to pursue it, let's all give our support to Martin so hopefully the book will materialise next year.

Hi All I'm a new member 2 and was shown this website by Marty 110R from CZ ! I'm English and always on the Czech website skoda110r.cz. Its packed with info and most speek Very good English and are very welcoming. See you are all supporting Marty's book,thats great! I have a skoda 110L myself which i bought 3 years ago. I keep it in Slovak Republic as my holiday car and it never fails to start!

Stephan - in years 1914-76 wos exported to Malta cca 26 s110r cars.

In the catalogue is now 49 cars from 6 countryes.

Bulgaria 1, Czech Republic 40, Hungary 1, Scotland 1, Slovakia 5, Spain 1

thanks for the info, so mine is one of the 26 imported in Malta!!

Unfortunately only 3 are known to have survived, apart from mine another 2 owned by the same person one in it's original condition and another restored to RS specification. Myself I still have to see them both as I never met the owner.

Do you know of S110R exports to Australia? I know that Skoda's were sold in Australia when the 110R was made, and can remember seeing an S110R advertised for sale in Adelaide, South Australia, a few years back stating that it was one of 3 on Australian roads.

This may be more frustrating than helpful, but thought i'd put it out there for you anyway.

Some documents from skoda archive missing - numbers not be correct.

All data I have from my girls friends Lucka, she maked university project about Skoda export in 1970-80 years.

Australia - only 2 cars ( but document for 3 years missing )
New Zealand - 65 cars

I know that in New Zealand are 2 s110r - I find it in new zealand auction servers.

I test contacted some skoda owner - I write to New zealand skoda forum :

Do you know some Australian, or New Zealand skoda 110r owners ??

Hi Marty,I have a Skoda coupe in New Zealand and it is un-restored,in original condition and I still use it ocasionally.
There are not many that are still registered for road use here now,I was told that there are perhaps only three or so still being used in New Zealand,but I know of at least three or four others in the south island that are in storage/awaiting restoration etc.
