 Stream CD/Radio? GPS combined with CD/DVD/Radio, 4 Octavia VRS 55reg(Mk1?) Any thoughts?

Apologies if this sounds a bit noddy or old ground - I'm new here! rolleyes.gif

I'm looking for a new CD player and an eBay search produced the Stream & several units with combined GPS & ICE.
e.g
Example 1, Ł300
Example 2 Ł310
Example 3 Ł350
(ignore Octavia I or II)

Can I use the Stream (from a 2009 car) in my car (2006 55reg 1.8 VRS)?
Is the Stream any good?

Anyone got one/any experience/any advice?
