Official Skin Palette Skin and Graphics
All skin and graphics that are used on Skin Palette are exclusive to it while in use and is not to be used anywhere else in any conditions. Once the skin is opened as a public skin for use by anyone all content is welcome to be used. All skins and graphics made exclusive for Skin Palette are made by Carlos Cruz also known as [ZOMG]. If caught using any content of the skin or graphics at Skin Palette harsh actions will be taken.

Prohibited Content
All prohibited content that is post on Skin Palette will be removed immediately by a staff or administrating member. If any Prohibited Content is posted by a member, the member will either be issued with a ban or a suspension depending on the seriousness of the Prohibited Content. Prohibited content can be classified as but is not limited to the following:

• Ripping
  
• Spam
  
• Flaming of another user
  
• Illegal content
  
• Inappropriate content (such as pornography)

Access to Our Site
We try and ensure that availability to the website is uninterrupted and transmissions will be error free. However, we cannot due to the nature of the internet, guarantee that your access will not be suspended or restricted from time to time including to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services or that errors may occur. We of course try and limit the frequency and duration of any suspension or restriction.

Accounts and Passwords
Whether you have purchased an online subscription or are a registered user to another part of Skin Palette, the details which are registered with us, allow you and only you use on our website, for as long as we allow access, or in the case of a subscription, for the period of the contract. Personal accounts therefore may not be shared.

Re-Registering
If you, for any reason what so ever, were banned from our forum/site, you are not allowed to re-register for an account. We do not allow instant IP blocking because we know many computers are networked and not all users use their home computers to access our website all the time. All users are limited to a certain number of characters in their signatures. Although we do have a certain restriction we will also add the following:

• If you use images in your sig, the overall size of your sigs put-together hall not exceeded the width of 400 pixels and a height of 200 pixels.
  
• You cannot share links to adult oriented or illegal sites (such as warez, bittorrent, etc.)
  
• If you use a signature that does not belong to you, the original creator has the right to contact us to have it removed.
  
• Advertising in your sig is allowed; however, using ad codes from providers such as Google Adsense, Yahoo Publishers Network, Bidvertiser, Advertise, In-line, and other related sites are not allowed. To prevent of using these ad codes, we have restricted HTML codes in your sig.

Posts, Replies, and Polls
All user posting replies to a post must abide by the following:

• Any post that contains less than 5 words will be counted as spam.
  
• Any post that contains only an emoticon will be counted as spam.
  
• Any post that just contains an image without any description or content will be counted as spam.

This website contains links including hyperlinks, which may take you outside of our web-site/forum. Name Changes
To receive a name change as a members you must abide by the following terms:
1. Must Have been a member for at least two (2) months..
2. Must have at least 250 posts.
3. Must have a 10% Warning level or Lower.
4. Must Wait at least two (2) months for another name change.

Note: Creative members and staff do not need to fill any of the following guidelines to get there name changed.
