The Forum Rules.

1. Keeping On Topic. When posting topics please make sure you post them in the correct forum. If there is no forum for the topic, make sure your topic name includes "OT:" at the start of the title. This means Off Topic which shows people that it is not related to the forum in which it was posted. If you forget to do this you can edit it afterwards. Alternatively post the topic in Chat.

2. Administration. The Admin team have been selected carefully so please treat them with respect, and also treat them as friends! We all want to have a nice friendly environment to post topics in, and the Admin are here to make it stay that way. Don't make them out to be something they're not. If you have an issue with a member of the Admin team and feel unable to resolve it yourself please contact the board's main Administrator (sbuk).

3. Back Seat Moderating. Please don't "tell anyone off" for doing something wrong in a forum, unless you are the Moderator. It's the Moderator's job, so let them do it.

4. Abuse/Swearing. Treat others as you would like them to treat you. Excessive swearing may affend some users, so please refrain from swearing in every post. Most swear words have been left un-filtered, but excessive use of them will result in those words being filtered. Excessive swearing can be seem as agressive behaviour and may result in a warning strike. 3 strikes results in a ban.

5. Spam. Spamming will either be deleted or ignored. It's annoying.

6. Banning. Members will only be banned as an extreme last resort, and cannot be undone. Once banned, always banned. Permanent banning will be authorised by the forum Administrator, however it is not something we wish to be doing.

7. Advertising. Members who join to purely advertise their own forums or website(s) will be banned. Advertising is against the rules here, and is only allowed if permission is granted by the Administrator.

8. Racial Abuse. I cannot stress enough how disgusting racial abuse is, and it will NOT be accepted here. If you want to be racially abusive, then go else where and do it, but not here. I appreciate that people can be misunderstood on message boards, which is why we run a 3-strikes policy. 3 strikes, and youre out. Gone. Banned. IP Blocked. Deleted. Of course you will be given the time to explain yourself, and if it is a misunderstanding, make sure you think a little more next time. This includes comments in relation to sexuality, race, health conditions - including mental illnesses.
