Swearing
1. We understand if you let a swear-word slip once in a while, but please do not fill your post with it. It's not tolerated for younger users.
2. If you have swearing in a post that is excessive, please bleep it out with stars in some way. You may share a letter to express which word you are using, but that is all, please.
3. Please do not start flame wars and begin swearing at people, it's very offensive and we do not accept it at anytime.

Spamming
1. Spamming is never allowed. Spam = Short Pointless Annoying Messages. We do not like one word replies such as "hi" or "yo" We expect at least a sentence.
2. Do not spam to stress a point. That is why there are buttons such as bold, italics, and underline. They make the words you type stand out.

Double Posting
1. It's a major no no. We have an edit button for a reason, not to just let it sit there and look pretty.
2. Even if you want to add a comment, please use the edit button. It's that easy. Say something like EDIT - I added a paragraph above.

Other Rules
1. Discussion must remain in a PG-13 area. No discussion of drugs, warez, illegal usages, gambling, terrorism, racial slurs, profanity, spam, made up information, hacking, viruses, or anything that is harmful.
2. Please only create one account. You only need one, this is not a role play forum.
3. Do not ask people to write you things to share. You must create your own work.
4. Harassing anyone is not tolerated at anytime, no matter what. Rules apply in the PM system too.
5. We are not responsible for anything posted by other users. If it is against our guidelines, we will deal with the member appropriately.
6. As administrators, we will not sell any personal information, accounts, e-mails, or anything about you. This is your information and it will be kept private and to you.

Warnings
First Offense: A verbal reminder that you are not following the rules, and we will let it slip this time.
Second Offense: A warning will be added to your account to show you did not follow these rules.
Third Offense: We will warn you once again, and if you break the rules again deeper actions will be followed.
Fourth Offense: You will have a board suspension for a time period, depending on what it was you did.
Fifth Offense: We will suspend you for a longer period, and if you choose to act immature again, you'll be gone.
Sixth Offense: You will be banned from SI for your intolerable and unacceptable behavior.

Thank you, and we hope you follow these rules. You are always responsible for your actions and what you say and do on here, so be wise. We have the right as administrators to edit these rules at any time period.
