 Lucie doesn't have an vendetta against werewolves. She wasn't attacked, and in all reality, her lycanthropy could have been entirely prevented. How? If her friend had been registered. So she got her friend and herself registered and a year later pulled together a group called La Moralite. She doesn't like to call them a pack because that just makes them sound like the rest of the animals loups-garoux. She will accept anyone into the group who wants to be in it regardless of infection or not or if they're in a pack already or a mutt.
So what's Lucie like? When you meet her at first, she's super friendly, talkative, eloquent and charming. She'll find out quick if you're registered or not and can spot fake papers in a second (so she says). After that, she has over 5,000 reasons to persuade you to register yourself or your children. But she'll tell you in the nicest way possible.
Until she snaps. Lucie likes things to go just right. She'll lie and manipulate you to get it that way too, but most people never realize it. In a way, she's almost like a successful Jehovah's Witness ((no offense to those!)) for registry. She works well with those in Cavey and the AHS and those in her group of wolves. Others in different packs won't like her at all because she's a complete snitch and will tell the government everything she learns.
She's very goal-oriented. Her current goal right now? Learn about the packs. Lucie's on a current mission, while her own pack is busy forcing others into registry, to learn more about what packs there are in Paris, or all of France if that were possible, how they work and who's in them. She's willing to play dirty too. Lucie's not afraid of getting in a fight, nor is she afraid of rabies. After all, Cavey can just get her wolfsbane and it's not like she ever does anything on a daily basis that can risk spreading it if she got infected.
So we need friends, enemies, packmates (which can be both as she never turns anyone away whether she likes them or not), and lovers are a maybe but highly unlikely. She's not promiscuous nor interested in a relationship. The only flirting she does is a ploy to get a manwolf registered.
She's also a personal shopper. So if your rich, she'll shop for you. Or maybe you need someone to buy your grandmother's groceries? Lucie'll do it.
