Special monsters are monsters that belong to a different group of monsters. They still retain Attribute and type but they all have special requiremnets. the first types of these monsters were fusions and rituals back in LOB who require polymerization or ritual magic cards to be summoned. Since then We've gotten different monsters with new requirements like the Lv. monsters and the Spirits but these monster make a huge impact on the game ( except for toons and guardians)

I like the Spirits..(mainly Yata)

I say Ritual. I have seen a few of these decks at work and they kick major anus if u have the right ones in your deck and know how to use it

I went with fusion. The're old school but still kick butt. Plus they have Elemental Hero Flame Wingman!!!

 I agree with AlienX; fusions rock. Especially the best effect fusion of all, XYZ Dragon Cannon! I mean, that thing is like a swiss army knife...it does everything... plus its evil! P.S. AlienX, I liked your previous avatar better than that winged kuriboh thingy. -------------------- |

yeah he's kinda pissing me off too. But he's the first ultimate card i pulled in a while so i thought i'd give him his 15 minutes of fame
