Ok I need you guys to decide.
I picked Portal only because it is already integrated with the baord so all the announcements topics show up there instantly. It also has many features that are also connected to the board. Affiliates, Poll, Announcements, PM Inbox display, etc. A website would need someone very experienced in HTML, which I am not. Also it would need fixing up every time, an Announcements topic is posted. Also we don't need alot of pages for the site because, cmon this is a General Chat Message Board. What could a general chat board put on a site? With that being said, please decide. Please state your reason behind your answer.  |

i'd have to say web site, it is cooler when you make a website, and you can customize the web site mor that the IPDynamic Portal
