| QUOTE | On August 5th SoundOff Signal has agreed to terms with 911EP to take over their worldwide sales, marketing, manufacturing and distribution of 911EP products. This decision was made after careful consideration and SoundOff Signal is committed to bringing reliable products to the market and are putting products through rigorous testing and making any changed deemed necessary.
SoundOff Signal will begin taking orders around August 24th. This will have
no effect on any of the SoundOff Signal products or delay any of SoundOff
Signal's shipments. We are hoping for a smooth transition so that there will
be little or no interruption in 911EP's shipments as well. |
