I'm seriously going to ban all your asses one day. :3 <3 j/k ilu all.
Okay, since I seriously want to get this show on the road, I'm going to compile all these ideas and try to organize them.
THE BEGINNING For members to sign up for the bootcamp, etc. They will have to fill out a form asking them what they want to achieve out of this, what their limits are and if they have any preferences as to what kind of character they would like. Someone will then assign them a writing prompt according to their goals and whatnot, and will also assign them a partner. The two (or more) partners will then create their characters, possibly receiving critique on the way if they wish to have it, and eventually role-play with them. With their partners.
I'm going to need some people to help me with this, because it will be a lot for one person to do. If you're in charge of the bootcamp, you can participate as well, so don't worry. I'm not quite sure what all the different jobs will be quite yet, though. :/ I'm thinking critiques and a few people to help out with the general idea, of course. Maybe we can call them camp executives or something equally as queer. <3
There will be three different sections. EXISTING CHARACTERS where you post your original characters and have the option of either receiving critique only or going through a series of prompts to develop your character further. I saw someone make a thread a while back called "Coffee with your character" or something like that. I thought that was kind of neat, so maybe we can incorporate that somewhere? Not necessarily just for existing characters, of course.
BOOTCAMP MAIN EVENT which will indefinitely be named something else in the final draft because I suck at naming things. This will be where those who signed up to expand their horizons will create their new characters.
The final section doesn't have a name yet, but this will be based off of Zander's/Misconception's idea of creating a character out of an object, animal, song or a different sort of subject matter.
Now, I need to get your guys' ideas on all that, what needs to be polished/changed, etc.
