I'm always looking for more help with the auditions, because they're vital to the site activity. If auditions are slow, members lose interest. So if you're interested in helping out with sorting members, please sign up. (:

I'll be messaging you with details once/if you're accepted.
There are certain standards that members have to meet for writing, so it's best that you're unbiased when it comes to styles. If you can't push aside your distaste for first person/present tense/what have you, this probably isn't for you.

Why you want this position I absolutely love auditions. I love reading through the new member's work and seeing what new writing is joining the site. I've been on audition processing crews for other sites and have had a great time. I'd love to help the site as much as possible, and I really think this would be a good way to put my skills to use.
How can you handle rebellious members? I would be able to handle them well. I'd listen to what they had to say, and make a decision based upon it. More often than not, however, I am going to assume that I was right, and ask them to simply audition again. However, if they insisted they were right, I would tell them to PM you, Caleb, for an administrative decision.
How do you handle critique? I love critique. How else am I going to get better in anything that I do?
How often can you be online to do your job? I'm online for an insane amount of time each day. Of course, basketball tryouts are soon, and if I make the team, it's one more thing I have to do. But I am often on when other members are not, so I think that if I was not on, another member of the PAC would be.

Why you want this position;; Because it really irks me when there are fifty bazillion and four auditions sitting there unsorted.
How can you handle rebellious members?;; I'll beat them down! :D ...er... I'll politely correct/ guide them, and if they still act like a fuck-wad, then I'll beat them down. -wink-
How do you handle critique?;; Very well.
How often can you be online to do your job?;; Every day. /loser

Why you want this position I'm bored, and I want to contribute more to the site. Having been in an Admin position myself, I know how stressful it can be.
How can you handle rebellious members? Easy, you just explain as clearly and politely as possible that if they don't shut the hell up and abide by the rules, their asses are going to be warned and then banned. Simple enough right?
How do you handle critique? Well enough; I like to know what I'm doing wrong so that I'm able to fix and improve upon it. Advice from fellow writers is quite valuable after all.
How often can you be online to do your job? I'm online at least three hours daily.

I'm not sure if it's too late now, but I will post my application anyway.

Name: Ali
Why you want this position: Because this is one of the coolest websites in the world and I would like to contribute more. Also, I love to read other people's writing.
How can you handle rebellious members? Stay calm and just ask them to audition again. If they still rebel, I would talk to one of the admin's about it and see if they could be banned.
How do you handle critique? I like knowing what I could better with my writing. Constructive criticism is my best friend.
How often can you be online to do your job? I am online almost every weekday for at least an hour or two. Weekends I am on for at least 2 hours a day.

Why you want this position I like to read the auditions anyway, and I think I'm pretty good at knowing when someone should be accepted. I also want to help around with the site and feeling important yay! (even though I'm not =D))

How can you handle rebellious members? Purdy good. Strong fist! Gentle tongue haha. Of coarse I won't let them push me around, but I'm not going to start cursing them out and putting them down just because they're sour.

How do you handle critique? I love to critique! I'd say I'm pretty good at handing out writing advice since I've been writing for a long time. And about the first person preference ect. I love all sorts of writing types, and I don't have a set writing style myself, so I think I could be pretty open about reading something different.

How often can you be online to do your job? I'm usually on every single day for at least half and hour, unless school is super tight or I'm on vacation. But I'll probably have time to at least read and critique one audition a day at /least/.

EDIT!!! Hey! I just realized, when you say 'how do you handle critique' I thought you meant helping other people, but I think you mean for me. I'm fine with being critiqued! I love hearing what's good, and especially what I can improve on! =D

Why you want this position - I need something to fill the seemingly endless void in my interweb life. ha ha, did that work. I do like meeting new people, though.. don't know if I'll deserve this more than the people who posted earlier, seems like I'd be a part of the 'family', since I'm a n00b~*~* and all.
How can you handle rebellious members? besides eating them, uhh. resolve it quietly, eloquently, and without any visible bloodstains.
How do you handle critique? pretty well, I don't ever get butthurt over it. your opinions are yours, mine are mine, I get the whole thing.
How often can you be online to do your job? depends on how much help is needed. usually I can get on every day. I read fast, though, and could probably do ~3 non-bs reviews in half an hour.

Hmm... is it too late? XD

Name: Midori

Why you want this position: I love reading other peoples work and getting to know the new members. =D Also, I like to know I'm contributing just a little.

How can you handle rebellious members? If unable to resolve quietly and calmly, avoiding little conflict as possible... run to the admins and ask for help. XD

How do you handle critique? Step one: Freak out Step two: Calm down and contemplate Step three: utilize said critique to be better in the future. =D

How often can you be online to do your job? I'm online at least an hour a day, usually more on weekends.

Right. So I am offering my services...

Name

Trep

Why you want this position

Because I love Propaganda, and also I love reading intros, it is so fun, so nice, and helps me relax after a LOOOONG day. D': I also enjoy seeing peoples different styles and seeing how creative they are.

How can you handle rebellious members?

I really work well with rebellious persons, since I work as a waitress, so doing it over the internet isn't going to be to hard to do! I believe in taking what they say with a grain of salt, and try to kindly talk them into calming down. And if that doesn't work?

Get help from higher up to deal with them.

How do you handle critique?

For my self? I like people critiquing me, it helps me rise to a new level! And I love helping people so they can become better as well.

How often can you be online to do your job?

Lulz, I am on like every day for at least 2 or 3 hours except some weekends when I see my dad, but seriously. I am on most the day. I have no life. D:

    Name Amy (:
Why you want this position For several reasons. First and foremost, I've noticed that a lot of potential members are getting restless because their applications are sitting unsorted. I'd like to help out by looking over these auditions, and getting one more member for Propaganda. xD That was cheesy. But, also, I love reading other's writing. Auditions are especially fun. (:
How can you handle rebellious members? Simply. Tell them kindly how they can fix the issue, and then guide them, while avoiding conflict.
How do you handle critique? Oh, critique I'm used to. (: I do a lot of acting, so...I just take it in, say thank you, and process it, before using it to improve.
How often can you be online to do your job? I'm online daily.

Why you want this position
I love giving advice and critique on other people's work, and I would really like to give back more to an awesome site that has already given so much to me. Auditions are quite fun to read & review.

How can you handle rebellious members?
By calmly and clearly stating the facts in a polite manner. I normally do well with rowdy, angry people, so this isn't much of a problem to me.

How do you handle critique?
Normally very well. I'll listen, even if I know what I did wrong/know what they're going to say. I can control my reactions well, and I love to see what I've done wrong and correct it.

How often can you be online to do your job?
Fairly often. I might have an occasional, breif dissappearance, but for the most part I check in everyday.

NEVERMIND. =)
Loveya.
