welcome to champagne from a paper cup. we're a real life roleplay that centers around the lives of university students, staff, and (of course) the locals that are affected by both as they attend or teach at henry woodward college. henry woodward college was founded back in 1812 which means that it is quickly coming up on it's bicentennial birthday. with that in mind, the students at henry woodward are going to each celebrate in their own way. for many, this will mean breaking out as much illegal alcohol that they can get their hands on and pouring it into the oh too famous red solo cup. but, for some, they will choose to ignore it seeing the day as a really lame reason for a party. so, what will you choose to do? will you choose to be on the side that thinks that a college's birthday is nothing to celebrate? or will you see anything as a good reason for a party no matter how lame? after all, you know what they say, college is a good place to discover what your true core values are.

TWO WEEK CLEAR OUT!
i don't know if you guys realize this, but paper cups has officially been open two weeks today! that is an amazing milestone, and we hope we're around to celebrate many more! as we hit the two week mark, we realize that activity, while still incredibly high, has dropped a little, and we've implemented a new rule: if you do not log in to your account for five days, that character is liable to get deleted, and their face claim put up for grabs. this has been added to the rules, and it goes into effect immediately! the admins have gone through and made a list of the accounts that have not been active within five days. the list will follow, and those people will have until tuesday, march twentieth at 10:00 pm est to post here and tell us they'd like to keep their characters. remember to post with the character you're saving, so we know they're not going to go activity-less for another five days! if you guys have any questions, feel free to pm an admin or ask on our tumblr! the "at risk" list is as follows:
