The year is now. In today's modern age, the government has been experimenting will all sorts of strange and foreign material. Unfortunately on one fateful night, a mysterious liquid was spilled. No one claimed responsibility for it, but rumour has it that it came from somewhere in southern California.

Now everyone is dying. Men, women and children of all ages are falling victim to this plague, and life as we know it is decaying. There is no vaccine.

But for some strange reason, not everyone who comes into contact with the plague dies. Some people don't show any signs of the symptoms--and they live while the world around them falls into ruins. There are too many abandoned cars on the road to drive, electricity has failed, violence rules the streets--but still people live. It is estimated that one out of every ten thousand people still lives.



This RPG takes place in a fictional city in Pennsylvania. While there are a few modern conveniences left, things like running water, electricity and air conditioner are gone.

Please note that I have taken items from the plague from Stephen King's novel The Stand. I have also used my imagination as well. I encourage people to use their imaginations and let me know if they have any plot ideas.
