inside this forum will be sub-forums where characters pour out their hearts, souls, and pictures. you can find lists of what characters carry around with them, their grades (if they so wish to post them), photographs, their diary - just don't tell them that you've read it - and many other things that you might just want to keep secret from certain people. if it says that they want for you to comment then go ahead - just don't anger the people! and please, please, please respect others in this forum, even though it's all in character.

if you're bored in a meeting and you don't want to disturb anyone - 'cause that would be stupid - then toss a note at someone and hope that the right person gets it. if you need to talk to someone long-distance then send them off an owl and make sure that they get it and it's sent to the right person (that mistake's been made soooo many times). but remember that either one can be intercepted...

like a big giant room, with a sofa and a telly and a table (which bee often makes her characters hide under) the ic cbox is a place where you can develop your characters even further and generally have a fun fun fun time! just remember most of the plot advances should happen in threads rather than here, this is only for fun and the occasional fight! gladrag's wizarding wear
this store is absolutely the bomb! they have the best clothes here, and they have their own magazine and other stuff that publicizes all of the cool stuff that they have here. with stores in paris and london, it's a very nice place to shop, and they also sell strange socks.

an inn and a bar - and something that also might just compromise your safety. the tables are rather disgusting and the people here are suspicious - oh, and don't even try and drink out of the glasses, i would suggest bringing your own, just in case. it also carries some of the best firewhiskey.

hogsmeade station .
if you don't like kids, then don't come. students can come here and work on the weekends, which is why some students stay here to talk to their friends. also, it's right down the way from the lake, so it's pretty close to hogwarts, so you wouldn't have to go that far to get here and work or talk to people. but the red and black train is pretty cheap to hop... and they have good food here, too.

honeyduke's sweet shop
Ambrosius Flume and his wife own this wonderful sweet shop, and they live right above it because of all of the customers. they make their own fudge and huge blocks of chocolate special in the back of the sweet shop. they have a lot of sweets sold here, including blood pops for vampires and other odd assortments ofsweets that people usually are fawning over.

a cute little place for people to stay at, it usualy has a lot of cupples crammed into small little tables full of frills and other tacky things. valentine's day is the best day for people to be there, and most people are there for the couples part and the 'great tea'. it's also very odd and tacky, but girls love it anyways.

if you want something really cool that is a quill - mostly very expensive - then come here, because the quills range from thirty galleons (a lot, right?) to about two galleons or a few sickles. they have some solid gold quills that very few people guy except for people that want to put them in glass cases or something.

shrieking shack
many hogwarts ghosts stay away from this place, mostly because the secret werewolves come here at night during the full moon, while the greybacks run wild in the forest. the furniture and the outside is messed up and all scratched and broken, meaning that most people stay away from this place because how it's very... scary.

weasley's wizard weezes
once zonko's joke shop, the weasley boys bought it - although fred and george are no longer just boys - and re-opened it under weasley's wizard weezes. the classics like dungbombs, hiccup sweets, frog spawn soap, and nose-biting teacups are still there, but the weasleys have extended the stock to something a little cooler.

the three broomsticks
here they serve a lot of 'child'-friendly friendly drinks that are butterbeer along with semi-alcoholic drinks that have little umbrellas in them - there are also muggle sodas and stuff, but usually just magical ones. Madam Rosmerta keeps the tables and booths clean, and if you'd like to see yourself - there's a mirror above the bar.

THE CAFE
most of the older wizards and witches that have already graduated spend their time here. this is a nice little cafe that is easy to get to. if you like you can use floo powder and come from your house in an instant, or use the muggle transportation. either way, it's a great place because there's a casual side and a fancy side. you can go out with your friends or get engaged here!

ST. MUNGO'S
a large place that is hidden from the muggle's view, it often has many patients that are overflowing with maladies that few can discern from being something normal or abnormal. (yeah, right!) an old building that's rather nice, the patients with their illnesses are rarely ever such a thing, and the people inside usually don't have too much fun unless they're immediately treated.

QUALITY QUIDDITCH SUPPLIES
this store is, quite obviously, for quidditch supplies, and it's packed full of it. in the back are the chudley cannons and the tornadoes and other team things, but in the front are the new broomsticks. the front right window has the latest edition, and many wizards and witches have tried to steal it, but ended up in st. mungo's with enlongated tongues.

with the cute little umbrellas outside and the perfect ice cream, what date could go wrong? after all, florean does have some of the best ice cream in diagon alley, and it sometimes becomes an addiction - really, their caramel and fudge strawberry ice cream is that good.

THE BOOKSTORE
all around you are books - just like the public wizard library (but these you have to pay for)! if you'd like to buy a book go on ahead, but if you'd like to sit down and read the whole thing, the lady doesn't mind. this store is probably remembered for all of the wonderful little tables in the back where you can 'sample' a book with some cookies.

although a popular spot for wizards and witches, few know of the large back rooms where you can find the vampires. this was once a strictly-werewolf club, but when the varneys took it over they made sure that it was witch and wizard-friendly. few, however, ever make it to the back, where the less-friendly vampires feast and play with their 'pets'.

the VARNEY MANSION .
after living for centuries, sir varney has acquired and kept in his care a large castle-esque building and sprawling grounds. it looks like many people used to reside here, but something scared them out. now the grounds look marvelous, but the castle always looks bleak - until you go inside. no one ever does make it in, though... maybe it's because of the residents.

it seems small from the outside, but on the inside this apartment is huge. from the windows that cover half the apartment to the warm colored walls, colin has decorating covered. set in the new string of flats that are right around diagon alley, this flat is brand new.
