It's been a long time since I last accessed this board. Really sorry to everyone who was looking up to the board, as I became super busy with work and personal matters that I didn't have time not only to man this board but to surf the internet (and watch dramas/movies) in general.

Many things have happened also since I last wrote on this board (I think that was last March or April). For one, all Tagalog movies were removed from Chinky's because our local networks have written to them requesting to remove copyrighted material. As some of you may know, I got sick around February-March with Dengue Fever, and since I wasn't able to work for quite a long time I had much backlogs when I got back.

Due to my inactivity to the boards I also lost access to Inday's, which is my good source of our current raw sources like Marimar. Work has eaten up a lot of my time these past few months, and seeing that there are still members who wanted to contribute and join, I feel much obliged to update everyone on our current status and future plans.

For now, I'm officially declaring Noypi to be in HIATUS mode (well, it was in hiatus for a long time to be honest, I'm merely doing the official declaration)....

... it doesn't mean we're going to leave or something like that. I've just talked to BinibningPunkista and we agreed to try to finish the Marimar series, at the very least. This drama has been long overdue and I don't want our first project to go to waste. For now, we'll be focusing on finishing the Marimar project. If there is anyone there who would still want to help, send me an e-mail to wangbu83@gmail.com, or register on the board and write your intent in the Recruitment section. Since this is a long overdue project, I'd hope we could finish this project quickly.

If there is anyone who still have access to the raws of Marimar at Inday's please let me know. Otherwise, we'll be using the LQ raws in IPmart for episodes 25 and above (I still have the MQ raws for the earlier releases).

I've heard that there is already a DVD of Marimar being sold in stores. If anyone has a copy and wouldn't mind sharing it with the team, then just let me know.

If there is anybody who's willing to take up the challenge of managing the team aside from me, let me know as well. Since I will become very busy again next year, I definitely need assistance from people who have more time manning the fansub team. I'd really appreciate it. I want our team to fly again, and show the world what Filipino dramas are really made of.
