Power/Ability: Elisa can teleport herself anywhere she likes. When she does this it creates a an almost visible shimmer around her which allows her to teleport anywhere instantaneously. She can take anyone with her but the bigger the person or the more there is the harder it will be for her, but with some serious training she could increase the amount of the load that she can take at a time. She is limited only to anywhere on earth but it has to be places she knows or one she has been to brfore, she needs a visual aid that will allow her focus on it, she isnt able to teleport to the moon. If she has a person with her she can only teleport to where she has been prior to the area also she must be focused on where she is going and on holding her passanger. When she takes another with her no matter the size she will get dizzy depending how far she teleports she can become extremely dizzy. Anymore then one person along for this ride and it could be bad for her health it could range from a nose bleed to death.
Elisa is also able to conjure up things but she must have a visual aid so that she can focus on bringing it to her so her weakness for this would be darkness because she if she cant see it she wont be able to call for it. This isnt like telekinesis by any means but if she calls for an object it will disappear and reappear in her hand but only things that are directly near her. She can repel objects but the bigger it is the harder it will be for her, for now she can only call or repel anything the size of a basketball anything bigger will get her a nose bleed or put her in a coma and in some cases death.

Physical Appearance: As is true to most developing girls in their teens, Elisa is thin but not stressfully so and certainly by no means underweight. She stands at a height of five ft zero in. and weighs about one hundred and thirteen lbs. Her long golden tresses fall down past the middle of the young girl's back, which she often wears in a ponytail or she will just leave it down. Underneath this she hides lavender colored streaks for her own personal enjoyment. She has light blue eyes that seem to be wise for her fifteen years. Elisa has matured into a beautiful young woman, which she takes after her mother along with her petiteness, and even though she is fifteen she looks younger then she actually is. Elisa carries herself in what some might describe as quirky but cute, sometimes she can be a bit of a clutz which she takes after her father.
Personality: Elisa is very optimistic and outgoing. She is honest to a fault but not bluntly so, she will generally throw her opinions out there but only if they are needed otherwise she will just listen. She tries to see the good in people rather then the negative. Even though she may not have much she tries to make the best out of what she does have. Elisa has a maternal side to her, and will try to keep those she cares about in good spirits. Elisa does have her faults she sometimes will be a bit stubborn especially if it is something she is really passionate about. Elisa has a bit of a temper espcially if she happens to see anyone being bullyed on. She doesnt like to be controlled and will stand up for herself-- and others-- if the need ever arises. Elisa has a strong undying determination once she has her mind set on something it is very unlikely that she will change it, she doesnt believe in the cut and run when trouble arises she will do her best in no matter what she does but she will never become overly obsessed with completeing a goal that she has set, she understands that sometimes she will have to accept failure no matter how much she tries to improve something.
History: On a cold dark night in Donegal, Ireland a little past twelve o'clock Rhiannon Elisabeth Hale was born november twentieth to Elisabeth Marie Hale and William Christopher Hale. When she was just three years of age she lost her father when a storm hit close to their home he was struck by lightning but the strangest thing about it is that his body was never found. Three months later she was on her way to america with her mother and grandparents where they moved to texas they stayed there until Elisa was eight years old to Portland, Oregon. A day before her thirteenth birthday Elisa's abilities came into exsistence when she was arguing with her mother about how much she wanted to go to the skating rink and to her surprise, her mothers and to the handful of people to saw her, she suddenly just popped into the skating rink. She was so frightened that she just stood there for a moment then she had to run all the way back home. This soon died down but Elisa soon learned that she had to be careful about accidently using her new found ability. As if that wasnt enough a year after that incident a new ability decided to show itself at the worst possible moment when she was in the library looking up on animals for her project she was thinking about how cool it would be to be able to see a tiger when it suddenly maifested right in the middle of the room, luckly for her at that time that it only lasted for about a few seconds not so fortuante though is that it put her in a three day coma. As soon as she was well enough her mother decided that it was time to move once again this time to San Fransisco, California so that Elisa could have a normal life where she didnt have to feel like she was freak and so she wouldnt have to be afraid.
