For those who are unsure of what everything entails when I accept your character, here is the basic information...

EVANDER's post is a written record he has on evolved humans--should somebody opt to create a regular human, he will not have a similar record, unless they are part of the company (which odds are, they will be, people are unfortunately not understanding these days). Class levels have been explained in another thread.

NATHAN's post involves, generally, two parts:

THE CASE NUMBER, at the moment, holds no effect on the board. Perhaps, at a future time, it will...
MONITORED entails that the mutant above is monitored by the company, the assembly, or both. Likely, if Evander states they are monitored, than both are monitoring that specific person.
VITAL TO FIND can refer to two things: the company wants to recruit them... or the company wants to kill them. Though the assembly is defunct as a 'super hero organization' there are still people out there who try to protect the evolved humans, so there are people actively scouting them out, not just watching them.
