This includes but is not limited to offensive slander targetting Africans and Homosexuals. This encompasses flaming. Don't flame. If you disagree, say so in a respectful manner.

Respect Authority Rule
Respect Staff members. They are working on this message board by choice, and are not being paid. It is by their grace that this board runs smoothly.

Websites

Games

Also, please do not email or PM fellow members with spam. There are exceptions to this rule. Please see read our Spamming Policy for more details.

No Religious or Political Discussion Rule
Topics of religious or political discussion are prohibited. Conflicting beliefs can cause disturbances in the environment of the board.

Healthy Lifestyle Rule
Do not post material that promotes activities considered by society to unhealthy, including but not limited to:
Suicide

Self Mutillation

Excessive Violence
Joking is allowed, but keep it to a minimal.

This is NOT an AIM Chatroom Rule
This is a message board, not a chatroom. Speed is not essential. Please take time to type out your responses, and do not use netspeak/1337/'u' 'r' '2'. Most people don't like to have to try to figure out what you are saying. If your still intrested for finding a chatroom here click here

Post in Correct Forum Rule
Pretty much common sense. Members are required to post in the correct forum. Which forum deemed proper for your post depends on the content of your post.

Cite Your Sources Rule
If you are going to quote a website or article, please credit the website and/or provide the URL address to the website article. People generally like to get credit for what they make. This will also tell readers about the source's credibility.

Section 2 - Things Not to Do
Don't Make Introduction Threads
Do not create a "Hi, I'm New" thread or a thread of similar purpose. There already is a place for you to introduce yourself. You can find it here.

Some People Have Lives
We don't want to see posts or threads saying "Nobody is on! Nobody is talking to me!" Not only do some people have lives to get to, they also need to eat and sleep.

Make Friends in Private
Do not make threads or posts that resemble "Does anybody want to be my friend?" If you want to make friends, we have a Personal Message system and have a place for members to post contact information. Use them.

Not all Image Hotlinking Works
Many people try to link to images for signatures and avatars. Not all websites allow their images to be hotlinked, to prevent stealing. If you want to use their images, make sure they don't mind, and then upload it to an image hosting service, such as Photobucket or ImageShack.

Don't Upload or Hotlink an Image in Every Post
We noticed that some new members like to upload or link a random image with a post just for kicks. If you don't have any real reason to do it, then don't. It takes up space, it slows loading time.

Don't Gravedig
Many new members go back pages in the forums and post in threads that haven't been posted in for months or sometimes even a year. There is a good reason these threads are dead. Unless you actually have something to say, and not just an opinion that have already been said, DON'T GRAVEDIG.

Section 3 - Regulations on Account and Personalization of Account
One Account Regulation
Only one account per person is allowed. Signing up with more than one will cause the member count to be inaccurate and confuses people. If you want your name changed, see our name change policy.

Signature Image Dimensions Regulation
Keep images in your signature within a 500x250 perimeter (500 pixels wide, 250 pixels high.) Oversized pictures take up space and can get very irritating.

Signature Image Size Regulation
Images in your signature must have sizes at or under a sum of 200kb.

Username Changing Regulation
Members should not have usernames that are too similar, or they would be hard to distinguish. If this happens, the new member will be asked to pick a new username, and an administrator will change it for him/her. Otherwise, username change requests will not be granted, unless under certain circumstances. If your intrested for username changes please send a PM to one of the admins.

Section 3: Special Forum Rules
Many forums contain their own set of rules. However, the general Code of Rules and Regulations will still apply, unless otherwise specified. You can view the rules for specific forums here:

Punishment System

Section 1: Warnings
Members will be given warnings by staff for illicit behavior. After reaching 2 warnings, the member may be suspended for the period of one week, depending on severity of offences. Upon reaching 3 warnings, the member will be banned. Upon an extended period of good behavior, warnings may be subtracted from the count.

Section 2: Suspensions and Bannings
Suspension is a temporarily cease of a member's ability to post. Suspensions will usually be given to members who have reached 2 warnings for the first time, but may also be given for a serious offense. Bans are permanent preventions of a member's ability to participate in the community. Bans will usually be given to members who have reached 3 warnings, but may be given for a very severe offense to the rules.
