The Rules
Okay, so I'm sure this is pretty simple and you've done it a billion times before but here are some things that need to be followed.
1. Make sure there's a place to advertise on your site and that it is GUEST FRIENDLY
2. You are allowed to bump the topics and post updates about your site
3. INFORM US if you're site is dead or inactive so that the ad can be removed.
