It was a bright and rainy saturday. Brandon had spent most of it sleeping. He usually didn't sleep until noon, but today was an exception. The night before he had been out pranking with his twin brother. So it was only right that Brandon be tired. When he had gotten up Brandon went down to the Great Hall for lunch and practically ate everything on the table. Yes, he was a very hungry child. It almost ran in his family. After lunch had been over with Brandon started to wander around the castle not knowing what he was going to do. Well, he actually had two choices. One he could go outside and maybe run around in the rain or two he could wander around the castle until his found one of his friends to hang out with. Neither of them sounded good to Brandon at the moment.
When he reached the second floor and heard th moaning of his oh so favorite ghost an idea popped into Brandon's head. He would go and talk with Myrtle! Yes, it was the perfect plan. She always had something to say and most of it wasn't as stupid as most people thought. Brandon grinned and strode over to the Myrtle's bathroom. Brandon looked around the hall to see if there was anyone there, and there wasnt from what he could see. Brandon made his way into the bathroom and saw the moaning ghost floating above the toilets. "Myrtle!" Brandon greeted in a cheery voice. The ghost looked at his startled for a moment but then smiled back at him. "What are you doing in the girl's bathroom Weasley?" she giggled. Brandon grinned at her and nonchalantly waved his hand in the air. "I wanted to come and keep you company is all Myrtle" Brandon told her. She just laughed at him and flew down to his level. She had an amused smile on her transparent features. "Or have you come here to rid yourself of your own boredom?" Brandon pouted and defended himself weakly, "No, I simply wanted..." He sighed in the end because Myrtle had given him a knowing look. Brandon chuckled and confessed, "Alright alright...I was ubberly bored and decided that you were the only friend I had" He gave her a cheesy smile and Myrtle flew away laughing. |
