Visiting

[Rayla]

Hades is back to himself. Adriel is sleeping again, but the god is twirling a phoenix feather idly in his hand. A souvenir if you will. Cabe is absent, sleeping contently in the temple with hound. It is just Hades.

He normally doesn't visit the summer temples, finds them much to rowdy and loud with no clear lines or boundaries in place. But its winter, he knows the temple will be a little sleepier, a little less boisterous.

All the same he is currently taking to randomly smacking people with his feather when they simple stop in front of him verses bowing or stepping out of the way. Finds it amusing that none of them have fainted yet. One even tried to draw a sword on the god. Not a wise choice on a whole.

He's really here to bother Valerin. He hadn't seen her for a while since before the hunt and isn't in the mood to play with Demeter or Persephone.

So he's wandering her temple with a feather making people nervous. Hades is enjoying himself. Considerably.

You see, for the most part, the worshipers of Valerin's that she really *likes* wouldn't be such pussies like the people Hades is encountering. Besides. Most of them are training in the barracks.

An arrow fletched with those self-same phoenix feathers twangs near his ear, embedded in the wall behind him. (I seem to remember her greeting others like this before. Hmm.)

Just so you know, the Goddess of War NEVER misses.

"Well, look what the cat dragged in!" She slinks around him, her godlike glory somewhat diminished due to the season.

[Rayla]

"Actually I walked." Odd that he decided to walk all the way from his temple to hers. Then again he probably frightened random merchants along the way, so it isn't so odd.

He glances at the arrow in the wall with indifference before watching the goddess he had come to visit. She was much more entertaining then the other goddesses. Much more likely to take up in his mischief.

He twirls his feather for a bit standing still, allowing himself to be observed just because he doesn't really feel like moving now. He does that sort of thing when its winter. Becomes a little more moody, unstable.

Then he's moving again, joining in with the whole idea of circling one another. He has no intention of a confrontation. Generally he doesn't bother with battling mortals or gods. Unless he's angry, then he tends to leave a path of distraction a small village wide.

"It's been a long time Valerin."

His voice is even, almost indifferent. If he did that intentionally I'm not certain. He talks like that often.

[Tier]

"Too long, darling. How have you been?" She purrs up against him, snatching the arrow out of the wall and sliding it back into non-existance.

That's the cool thing about being a god. You get a never-ending supply of weapons that you can pull out of nowhere.

Valarin likes that perk.

Hades doesn't really care about weapons to be honest. Finds them tedious.

"Bored."

Yes that is how Hades has been. The small collection of pets and Demeter-bothering sessions should prove as evidence too that. So now he is going to visit Valerin because Valerin never seems bored.

"You?"

He's not really sure if he cares about how Valerin has been feeling. He's kind of brooding. And bored. Never really that safe of a combination with Hades.

[Tier]

"I had a bit of a spat with Winter. She stole one of my pets." A petulant pout accompanies this statement. "My favorite pets."

She grabs his hand and starts walking towards her temple.

Valarin has no concept of personal space. Life's more fun like that.

"I've been trying to come up with something that would annoy her greatly. Unfortunately, my brother's been hard to get a hold of. He always has great ideas."

[Rayla]

"I see," Hades drawls as he's lead about the temple. He really doesn't mind. She would know if he minded.

He isn't sure he wants to toy with Winter though. He has to work with winter.

"How long have you been playing with Winter then?" He's wrapped his arm around Valerins shoulder, twirling the feather in the same hand still. He doesn't need a reason why.

Besides if its only a little spat it probably wouldn't be to terribly awful if he got involved. Maybe. He's still pondering the repercussions of having fights with two different goddess at once. Sounds fun though.

He's not going to talk about the brother half of summer. They don't get along well.

Valerin's nose wrinkles in thought.

"I haven't actually played with Winter in quite a long time. Wodens and I did go for drinks awhile ago, but he's much too sleepy for me. Usually, Winter and Summer avoid each other. But, Hel needs to be taught some manners. She was very rude in taking Jeoffrey from me."

Her indignent nod accompanies her statement.

"I actually would have started planning this sooner, but I was preoccupied with inspecting the troops' progress so far in this season."

[Rayla]

"I see. That was very rude of her."

Hades is actually thinking about this. He rather hates being bored and a feud with Persephone would definitely keep him from that. Demeter seemed to have slipped into a bit of silent feuding with him.

"Does our dear goddess in question have anything that's interesting her right now?" A smirk is on Hades face. He likes playing with his fellow gods. It may be why he's had a major feud with nearly all of them by now, but that's not the point.

He's already planning out how he can work with Winter without direct contact. They had done it before. Though granted that had been due to conflicted schedules and interest.
