While casual passers-by and members who are not logged in get to see most things around here, there are a couple of limitations:
-------------------------------- The Foyer The Library -------------------------------- Adventures and Escapades Strategic Missions Challenging Encounter -------------------------------- Goods Exchange Device Reports Out on a Limb -------------------------------- The Big Rap Little Rap Conferencing -------------------------------- Twilight Zone Individual Empowerment Healing Ourselves -------------------------------- Announcments Suggestions -------------------------------- As casuals you will not see the bold forums above. Only members get to view those, and only when logged in. Of course, to write to any of these forums, you've got to be logged in in any case! alan -------------------- There will be precious few left... but they will be precious!

Note: I'm stating the following just for the record and for newbies. That is, I'm not addressing anyone in particular:
First of all, those who have not done so already need to read the Terms Of Participation page so they understand the rules of participation on this board. To do so, click above or on one of the TOP links located in the upper left corner of each page. Furthermore, please be careful when quoting or even discussing the content of members-only restricted forums. That is, any area of the forum that is not visible until after logging in with your username and password. It is easy to identify which areas are members-only because the name will be enclosed in brackets. An example of such an area is [Suggestions], but there are others. Note that if you have decided to leave cookies turned on, then you will usually be signed in. (However, for security reasons, some of us have opted to view this forum with cookies turned off - even if it means having to log in again every few minutes.) If you want to either discuss or quote something from a restricted area, please only post it in a restricted area. (Either in a thread/topic the same area or another members-only area of this board.) Alternatively, you could send a member a Personal Message asking for permission to discuss, paraphrase or quote the material in a public forum. Do not just assume this permission! Members here sometimes write stuff in members-only areas that they would not post (nor want to see repeated) on a public area. And for this and other reasons, they might not want to see it posted on another forum, either. Again, this is part of the Terms Of Participation of this board. The whole point of this is let public areas such as this remain public and the members-only areas remain discrete. And members should be able to maintain some control and ownership of their own material. That, and we'd rather not have the alphabet soup groups casually perusing all of our thoughts and ideas. -------------------- "Do not let what you cannot do interfere with what you can do." -- John Wooden
