I was looking through some snaps taken at a stage performance of Les Miserables earlier this year. These were shot with flash, mainly to sort of keep/remember the feeling of pre-show anticipation etc.

All this, just before being informed by some young usherette that taking photos during the performance was strictly a no-no... which I hadn't been contemplating to do in any event!

Anyhow, then I realised that those bight spots were not lights, nor lighting reflections but 'orbs' - and that there were a lot more of them than first noticeable... sort of dimmer ones. In all, probably hundreds!





Now this small embedded pic has been optimised a little to bring these things out, but if you click on it, you'll get an original 5mb image of the shot. It's about a 670kb download, so not too ugly for the pixel count.

What do you think about all this then, that which was swirling around in the room there - leading up to the retelling of one of the most famous stories of persecution & fortitude?
