This is where you claim the celebrity you're using. If you do not claim the celeb, another might use the same one and things would get complicated. You can not use actors portraying canon charries for original ones. The same actor can not be used for two different characters, unless they are identical twins. Your charrie must be representated by a real person. No anime, or other such stuff.
