im being forced to play on my brotheres computer and when i try to play fy_iceworld it closes cs and gives me a error msg saying can't open de_vegas
Anyone have this problem? |

put it in your cs folder ( vegas.wad )

it's not really that big of a deal, most servers have it uploaded so you download while connecting... we could do that?

lol, i had that issue, i copied a diff .wad and pasted it as vegas.wad, tight azz background now, its pokadots instead of ice! ahaha

Ok, I'm having the same problem, I had to reinstall cs and now it's not letting me play iceworld. I just downloaded de_vegas, and it's still not working, I'm not sure what to do, could you guys explain this to me?

go to this website: http://www.csbanana.com/csb_maps.banana?mapinfo=2765 download and unzip then click on your steam folder, then SteamApps folder, then the folder with your steam user name, then click on the counter-strike folder, then on the cstrike folder, then paste it (the de_vegas.wad) near the bottom of the list with the other random files (dont put it into any of the folders!!!) -------------------- "I neva fucked anybody over in my life, who didn't have it comin' to 'im, you got that?
