Aiming

Pistols

-USP-
With this gun it is safe to aim for the face/upper body but if your experianced enough and/or able to shoot it very fast pull down towards the chest/nuts after about the third shot. Try strafing or standing still while shooting.

-Glock-
Single Shot: Aim for face nonstop and rape them.
Burst: Aim for face/neck and rape them.
Jumping around and running will not affect your glock much because the recoil is miniscule and unimportant for a glock.
-Deagle-
Since the deagle is a one shot headshot whether or not they have a helmet, aim for their faces. Standing still for a split second as you shoot your deagle will improve accuracy.
-Sig/5-7/Duelies-
If your trying to get better at cs dont use these unless your fuckin around because you will be completely raped by anyone who knows what there doing.

Shotguns
I highly do not recommend using shotguns while trying to improve your cs skills. But if your fuckin around:

-Pump Shotty-
Blow their faces off, jumping and running don't affect recoil that much at all.

-Auto Shotty (NOOB CANNON)-
Run and hold down your firing button and aim at their chest (close range) and they will die. Long range is next to impossible.

Sub Machine Guns

-Tmp/Mac-10-
These are headshot machines when your rushing and spraying, though long range they are shit, use an mp5 instead if your playing seriously.

-Mp5-
This gun is good in many ways. So ill put it into categories:
Burst: This is good for long range battles.
Spraying: The mp5 seems like it has no recoil. Try spraying, even while running and/or jumping, and aiming at their face, i've gotten many headshots this way. Or spray at their chest if its hard to get it to stay on their face.

-P90-
Spraying machine, good for headshots, not recomended for long range.

-UMP-
No, just no. Don't use this please.

Finally, the rifles

-Famas-
This is a decent all around weapon. Good for headshots while on burst. Good for spraying while on automatic (duh). With burst there is almost no recoil so dont be afraid to run and aim for their faces at the same time. Automatic has normal recoil so while spraying them aim for the chest.

-Galil-
Basically a mini ak. Not as powerfull, or as accurate. Aim for neck and burst. If you must spray aim for chest and continually pull down lightly.

-M4A1 Colt-
Unsilenced: This is a headshot machine unsilenced, shoot 2-3 bullet bursts and aim for face. For spraying aim at chest and pull down lightly.

Silenced: This is GREAT for spraying large groups of enemies. Watch out for recoil though.

-Ak-
The AK is like the deagle in that it will get a HS whether or not the enemy is wearing a helmet. The first 2 shots are almost perfectly accurate but the 3rd and so on are VERY recoiled. If you spray ak AIM FOR CHEST AND PULL DOWN LIGHTLY TO LEGS OR EVEN FEET, sounds retarded but trust me I get headshots while doing this.

-Aug-
Burst fire this, not much else to say other then spraying should be at chest and pulling down lightly of course.

-Sig-
I hate this gun but you can get alot of headshots with it scoped. Just dont run around in scope mode like a retard <3.

-Scout-
Uh yeah, buy something else or just shoot their faces.

-AWP-
NEVER EVER FIRE WHILE MOVING AT ALL YOU WILL MISS VERY BADLY. With that said good tactics for awp are...camping and getting good at reflex shots.

-T Autosniper-
This has like 0 recoil, or so it seems so just stand still and shoot their chests until they die.

-CT Autosniper-
Not nearly as good as T autosniper, just use an awp if you need to use a sniper rifle and have this kind of money to blow.

Machine Guns

-PARA-
Ya, spraying and praying. Or just burst their faces. I dont like this gun very much but is fun on to fuck around with.

Okay well, I'll update this more later, i've kind of lost intrest because thats a hell of alot to type. Please don't reply with pointless things such as "your an idiot" or "you dont know what your talking about" . Because I have been in 2 seasons of cal-o, 1 of cal-im, and 1 of cal-m (with get5).(im not gloating just don't feel like people to be assholes to me because I'm new at these forums.).

do you have any suggestions on when to crouch, walk, use nades (smoke, flash, HE)

Well, since you said that, i think i will express some of my personal opinions/prefrences on those things.

Crouching

Good tips for crouching are, crouch when spraying, as it will control your recoil very well. Make sure when your using the most beloved ak and spraying try this; after the first two shots, crouch and pull down to the legs and lightly keep pulling down, sounds completely fucktarded but works. On the other hand, crouching makes YOUR head's hitbox seem to expand about 2x, as you will be very easily headshotted while crouching. Use good judgement when crouching and just make sure that you dont crouch when your bursting, or DEFINATELY not while fighting someone long range because you will almost definatley get headshotted, unless they suck. :P.

Walking

Walking is all based apon the situation. Okay, your playing dust2 as a ct. You're watching B, and your teammates let you down and all die. The terrorists plant at A and you're still inside B, just about to rotate. Here's what you do in this time of situation: run until your sure they can hear you, which is when you start walking, choose your way (ct spawn to a, or short a) walking is good here unless your on a time restraint, walk until you can pick on of or are spotted.

Okay heres another situation, say you've planted the bomb, as your team gets killed by one CT and your the last one, hes running at you, you should NOT make noise, so he has to check every single spot you could possibly be. In a situation like this you should delay as long as possible, walking behind stuff, as long as you don't become visable or heard until the last second is very very very helpfull and stressfull to your enemy.

Nades

When useing HE Nades, one thing many people dont know is HITBOXES STILL APPLY!!!! I've even seen about 2 nade headshots. I know your thinking "WTFBBQ?!!1", well think of it this way. The nade is exactly the same as a gun as far as damage goes. When nading try to get it to blow up around their chest area, or even head as this will do the most damage. I've gotten a 96 dmg nade once by the grenade blowing up RIGHT in the guys face (was sextreme). Also, remember to use nades as a TEAM in scrimmages, matches, or even pubs. Because one single nade will not kill anyone unless they are already weakend, your know saturday sunday...wait..uh....anyways ya nade as a team.

When flashing, try to get it in the air or next to a wall so they cant hide from it (air is preffered).

When smoking, you need to double smoke in alot of cituations because most people (who know this fact) use 16 bit because it makes spoke very transparent, I can even awp through smoke, aswell as use any other gun.

Ending/Notes
Theres are my personal opinions that i find to be solid. As always, I will add more as people ask for other topics of help, or one springs into my mind. I'm about to post a thread on how to make sprays for those nubs out there than want to know how to, and possibly movies, but this wouldn't go in the newbie forums because you need basic knowledge on demo commands and demoes period.

Newbies Who Want To Start A Team

Anyone with ample players can create their own team. Skill, character, and reliability are foremost importance when forming a team. Teammates must be able to follow and trust each other completely in order to work as a unit on the Net.

A teams homepage is their buisness card. Among other details, it reveals the results of the teams's matches plus the names and roles of each member. A typical webpage comes complete with links to pages of allies or opponents, connecting it with the thriving community.

Roles to fill in each team:

Webmaster
The net expert designs and mantains the home page, regularly improving and updating the site in agreement with the team. This job requires extreme dedication.

Scheduler
The team manager checks league schedules, looks for opponents to challenge and arranges for the precise date, time and server for matches. He or she is also responsible for a smooth progress of matches and tournaments and communicates relevant information to the team. A job that requires nerves of steel, spare time and considerable diplomacy.

Leader
No matter how democratic the decision making process, each team needs a chief commander. This member not only leads the game; he or she also often coordinates all activities and events that concern the team.

Strategist
This counter-strike expert scrutinizes all maps, analyzez key positions and suggests uses and weapons for all players. He or she knows every map the like back of his or her hand and has gathered experience with all types of weapons and maps.

Recruiter
At least one team member should constantly look out for new talent. This person should regularly visit the websites of other teams. If the skills and the chemistry seem just right, the potential new member is invited to scrim. with the team.

Coach
this position can be assumed by any of the team's specialists by conveying their vast knowledge and experiance to their teammates.

i can't express how important it is to walk in real scrims agaist clans that know how to scrim

and nades hit boxes do apply

we were scrimming a few weeks ago and star tossed a nade in cpl mill down bomb site 1 dow the ramp and killed 4 guys we have no idea how it happened but they must have all been standing in the same place and it explaoded in there faces

oh i watched the demo with my hacks. and its just wierd. he threw that shit right when that started walkin up the ramp and it blew up like on top of their heads.

The hack norecoil makes your crosshair go in a really tight star which is why it looks like shaking, its impossible for anyone to do that on their own while trying to aim...

i was talking about the aiming part of the hack. if u leave the recoil on it still aims for head and hits. therefore if u aim for head and hit they will die reguardless of distance in most cases. now im not advocating going out and trying to pump or auto from across a map but it can be done.

yeah i got a glock ace in 2nd half on T side it was on cpl_mill we rushed 4 under to door and one swirly stairs and they all died but they all helped me kill em because they made them weaker (couldnt have done it without em) and i was hiding behind a box by the door and i got some then 2 of em saw me and i am like shit i lost this. but i am good with glock (burstfire) i sux with automatic and i thought i had no chance but it was kinda lucky i didnt die. lol the last guy started defusing lol he thought he had a chance haha

I could've sword that this year its 5-3 to get into playoffs (alot of 4-3 teams told me this), but i could be wrong. heh nice glockage :). Back two seasons ago i was with a shitty team, and we only won one round on cbble, i aced. I m4ed two, then usped 3 (they all had m4s, one awper). First kill looks like i tked, but it was just demo gayness, the foruth kill = my favorite :).
