go to ur steam file.

go to steam/steamapps/your filename/counter-strike/cstrike.

Then ur pic name should be the same as the map you took the pic on.

Say you took the pic on assualt, the pic name would be called something like 3000asssualt or assualt3000

Open the picture, then save it as a jpeg.

Now go to post reply. just above where it says add reply there is a little browse key. Upload the pic using the browse just like you uploaded ur avatar

when you have found the picture, open it.

Now when you are looking at it go to file and save as...

Now at the bottom of THAT screen, you should be able to name the pic what you want to name it.

Right below that, there is a thing which can let you change what type of file it is.

Click on it, and scroll down to JPEG. then save it.

Then proceed with the other steps i already posted.
