THE ENTRANCE WAY
the entrance hall is the second busiest place in the castle. it is the main reception area for guests and with its many statues it makes a good hidding place. it's heavily guarded though as it's the passage way into the entire castle so watch out if you don't have permission to be here.

THRONE ROOM
this is the most important room in the castle. audiences with the king are held here along with the dealing of state affairs. otherwise the king can usually be found in here in meetings or during meals. on special occasions it is converted into the Banquet Hall with a feast fit for a king.

COURT PHYSICIAN
gaius is the oldest and best physician in the land. his knowledge of all things medicinal has saved many lives in the past and will continue to do so. He is usually in here studying and brewing with Merlin or out and about in the realm. if you need any remedies for your ailments or herbs for your injuries this is the place to come, just drop by.

THE KING'S CHAMBERS
when the king is not in the throne room or out across the realm he can be found in his chambers, either studying or dealing with affairs of the state on his own. of course its guarded so make sure you knock before entering, the king doesn't take kindly to intruders.

THE PRINCE'S CHAMBERS
as the kings son, arthur's chambers occupy the opposite wing of the castle. he can sometimes be found here but an appointment is usually wise for visitors as arthur is very busy learning the ropes as future king of the country. merlin can also sometimes be found here...attending to the prince.

THE KING'S WARD'S CHAMBERS
lady morgana is treated as somewhat of a princess around the kingdom being the king's ward. her chambers are attended by her personal maid servant and friend gwen and this is where morgana can be found, especially in the evening.

THE ROYAL GUEST ROOMS
guests and friends of the king or prince are shown the highest hospitality, with their own chambers and man servants. when they're not occupied however it's a 'free for all', making them ideal places for private meetings or even to host your own guests. just make sure you have someones permission...or just don't get caught.

THE KITCHENS
it is full of talented cooks ready to rustle up some delicious and royal food at a moments notice. they are open to the beck and call of the castles inhabitants and with all the ingredients that the land has to offer you'll never be left wanting or hungry.

THE DUNGEONS
beware, commit a crime and you find yourself here. dark, dank, with chains on the wall and only rats for company this is not a place that you'll want to be spending the night...at least. it will most likely be the last place you stay unless you can slip the guard a few coins to turn a blind eye.

THE DRAGON'S CAVE
deep, deep...deeper...deeper...there under the castle, beyond the dungeons and where anyone dares to venture lives the great dragon. imprisoned years ago by uther when magic was 'wiped out', the dragon is kept here as a prisoner. merlin of course is his only visitor aside for the soliders with his food. if you're looking for a brain-teasing yet essential life changing riddle, this is the place to come.

THE CORRIDORS
the castle of camelot is a huge stone maze, with corridors connecting all of the rooms and passageways. each corridor is lined with statues and paintings, occasionally even guards. they're ideal place for one on one 'conversations' just make sure you can find your way around them.

THE GARDENS
of course a castle as great as camelot needs to have the shrubbery to match. an expanse of gardens filled with flowers, tree's and even a maze is the eye piece of the castle, viewable from the royal and guest chambers. they are perfect for a secluded moment or a relaxing stroll.

THE STABLES
the knights of the realm and the more privileged occupants of the castle leave there horses here when they are not needed. they are well looked after by the stable hands...or merlin. the stables themselves are spacious, airy and with an ajoining field for well needed excercise when they are not being ridden.

THE COURTYARD
probably one of the busiest place in the castle. everyone coming in and out of the pride of camelot passes through here, knights are seen to be assembling in times of crisis and criminals hung when they've been caught. its the perfect meeting place...just watch out for the guards.

THE TOURNAMENT GROUNDS
every year, or sometimes even more frequently the bravest in the land come to compete for the title of champion in area's such as the sword and the joust. it is a very popular event, attended by all of camelot. currently arthur pendragon is the reigning champion and he isn't beaten easily...if at all.

TRAINING FIELD
the knights of the realm, and the soliders, are all trained and taught to fight here. there are daily fitness and defence classes to ensure the army stays sharp against any on coming threats.
