The website tells you whether or not your computer meets the minimum and/or recommended system requirements of which ever game you select.

He was asking if the website was accurate when telling you whether or not your computer can handle the video games...

It told me that I couldn't handle BF:BC2 and that I only needed to upgrade my processor to meet the minimum requirements. Which is pretty much exactly what you told me when I couldn't handle the demo.

Damn, that's crazy. I dont know about many extreme games, but I thought Crysis was supposed to be a pusher for computers, but it said I can play that fine. BF:BC2 said I could play minimum but not max, video in that must be pretty sweet.

crysis is like almost 4 years old, and the reason it "pushed" computers was because it was so poorly optimized

OdisGrey - March 8, 2010 02:14 PM (GMT)
BFBC2 = Greatest game ever. Assuming they could fix the damn connection problems they are currently having.

Do you shout at people while you're playing, Jesse? I have this great mental image of a drunken you shouting at people trying to play.

Perrinoia - March 8, 2010 04:00 PM (GMT)
I do... I'm like the angry german kid...

My brother mocks me when we play StarCraft over LAN...

He says things like, "Wah, bad starting position... Wah!"
Or, "Wah, the bots are cheating, Wah!"
And, "Wah, wtf, don't attack me first! Attack one of my allies!"
Adding, "Wah!"

What a doucher.

Bullshit, crysis isn't even 3 years old yet. More like 2.5 years...

And either way, graphics suck anyway. Gameplay is where it's at.

Damn, I had no idea that shit was 3 years old. I'm behind with the new technology, thanks in part to only playing a 10+ year old game :).

Anything released by EA Games uses twice as much memory as it should.

I get 100% on every game i check :P

Perrinoia - March 9, 2010 07:27 PM (GMT)
Check Battlefield Bad Company 2.

monk - March 10, 2010 06:38 AM (GMT)
once again, everything passed, and the little animated picture thing at the top shows me all the way on the fast side. (100%)

oh and it says: "Congratulations, your system passes the Recommended requirements! You should have a great experience running this product."

which is why i asked about this, because i don't think my pc is that fast but according to it....

whatever.

Bongwater - March 10, 2010 01:11 PM (GMT)

Yeah, those specs definitely meet the requirements, and some.
