Well, I guess I have to make it official since this dude can't keep his mouth shut. I explained it mostly in the other post, but he got on the other night and was a complete dickhead. He kicked his teammate, Mandingo, a common and respectable player on your server, for setting laser turrets in the middle of the field, which is certainly not something that is not disallowed. He then told me, "not to turret farm," when I was setting D on my flag after I had capped his. Since I continued setting D, he then killed all deployables with admin. He then siad, "well, I warned you not to turret farm," like he gets to decide if people are allowed to set D or not. I told him he should not to do things like that and he began talking shit, telling me he was allowed to do it because he was admin, and to fuck myself and other harsh words. He told me he was lucky I couldn't be kicked, since I was admin at the time. He then took his rage onto another player, Paradox, who he believed was admin. He began demanding to know how Paradox got it. However, Krypto was wrong and therefore Paradox could not tell him who gave it to him since noone had. We repeatedly tried to explain this to him, but he was not able to understand any of these facts. He began harassing this dude, doing about every option available to him, yardsaling his weapons, killing him, etc. etc., until after 6 or 7 actions he kicked him. I then told him he was way over the line, and he since has been talking shit to me, telling me to stop crying like a 3 year old.
I am pissed, this was ridiculous, and ruined a fun game we were having before he joined.

I have no idea how to save logs but it appeared in another post you do Bong, so I'd advise you to go look at it yourself to validate my story. I believe it would have happened on the 14th or maybe 13th of this month, sometime in the early hours of the morning. I would like him to lose his admin, beacause he clearly cannot be trusted to use it properly. I was going to let this go, but he signed in tonight simply to insult me about the situation AGAIN and then leave.
I don't know why you couldn't drop it man, since you were the one out of line and I had always been cool to you. All I did was call you on it. I toned this down a little, I was really pissed off while writing it, I can't believe you are turning this against me krypto and insulting me, like I was the bad guy here.

i am going to draw up some admin guildlines that must be followed or the admin rights are revoked.

if an admin breaks any of those rules then no hard feelings that admin according to he rules will loose their admin.

"Turret Farming"
That's the funniest thing I've heard in a while.

Now I like Jerry, think he should apply for the tags and have admin.
I play with him at least 4 days a week and if we can communicate which one of us is on O and which is on D, we can form quite a good team.
(We just have to avoid Saya turning us into swiss cheese:)
He also plays in the late hours and it's always in the servers best intersts to have a good admin in the game. As we all know there are other servers with more players on them than [df] server(s) at the moment. Some of them though have a bad rep for no oversight and in the long run it will cost them their loyal player base.

The more competent admins there are online 24/7, the less smacktards will be getting away with bking, chat spamming etc... As time goes by, the servers reputation will increase and people will always prefer to play on a cleaner better run server than dealing with idiots. Then we will have more players and more fun. This is our common goal. This is why an admin abuse section exists and that all complaints(and the very first one lodged was against me, darn stupid one, but no hard feelings Evil, & again congrats on the tags) are taken very seriously and investigated with due diligence. Noone is above the rules set by Bongwater & Odis here and that's a huge plus. Because of our own admins we have been causing to much drama lately and I appreciate the fact that my account is now smurf proof and the fact that Bong is revising the common ground rules. Again, it shows concern and a love for the game and in the end we will be better off for it. (Still, screw the Turks though).

The opposing team caps your flag and takes the tack of now wanting to set a strong d to try and win. Sounds like F-ing math 101 to me; Especially if there was no objective on the level (i.e. 1 more point in play)and fewer players online. Less offense, more defense, clock mgmt, & preserve the win. You countered being down 1 point & against tough D by pushing a button & blowing up all turrets??? LAME!!! & followed it up with verbal abuse. I'd use the Jagermeister temp insanity plea personally.

I trust Bong to review the logs and sort it out. However I had to post if for nothing else then to acknowledge that the words "turret farming" are now in my vocabulary forever more.

I can almost hear the wheels in Fades brain turning trying to make a few gay jokes out of that little pearl of a quote.

P.S. For what it's worth I think:

Arayandis & Jerry should be admined
Hunter should have to wait 30 days first then review before admining.
Krypto should have admin rights suspended for a min of two weeks.

That it's time to rotate a few maps in / out and that a seperate thread should be started with voting on which maps should go / come.
Bong mentioned to me that any map must be 1.0 compatable to be in the rotation. This fact my eliminate a particular map you like but it's unavoidable so plz bear that in mind. Keep the thread mature and let's all work together on this one!

By that do you mean I should have to wait 30 days before being adminned? Or that I should review people for 30 days before adminning them? Because the second one won't happen at all. The first one can't happen either because bong already adminned my account... But eith or no hard feellings just wondering what you meant and why. If you think I abuse or am a poor sport about it just tell me because I don't wish to be a burden on the community.
