The FFO title screen is the first image that a player sees upon joining an FFO server and is a showcase for player-made artwork related to the game. Submitted title screens are put into a rotation, and a new title screen is displayed every 15 minutes. Anyone may submit a title screen as long as it follows these simple guidelines.

1 - Title screens must be 480X608 pixels in width X height.
2 - The words "Final Fantasy Online" must appear somewhere on the image.
3 - Please include a signature of some sort (so people can see who created the image).
4 - The image must be posted in .dmi format in the Unique Icons subforum.

Additional text can also be included, especially if explaining the image (landscapes, groups of people, etc.), within reason. Submissions may be made in any style as long as they look good.

As far as ease of addition and portability, here's the most convenient way to post title screens:

1 - save a copy as a bmp
2 - make a new icon in DM
3 - use the Import option (ctrl+I) and select your bmp
4 - select 'Yes' to split the image
5 - go through and delete any icon states that only contain background (whatever color the background happens to be)
6 - post the .dmi in the appropriate thread
7 - post a jpeg version of the image so that everyone else can see it
