If it keeps happening, people will be banned, and I'm sure you know who you are. I don't care if you need the experience, or if you're playing an evil character. The fact is, this is driving people away from the game, and it stops now. Specifically, I mean hunting people in Argo who haven't done anything against you and situations like that. --------------------

I got banned a few months ago for "random PKing".

I was unbanned becuase of how ridiculous of a rule that is.

Theres already a spam PK rule.

You know what else drives people away? Having monsters spawned on hard earned domains that give no experience or loot but still manage to destroy hours worth of work in a few seconds.
