I hate that BMI bullshit. 6 foot tall and 170 pounds should not be considered overweight. Damn dieticians and those assholes that study that crap need to go to hell, and get a real job.

BMI is used as a general mark of progress for clients. Clients aren't able to use BIA, skin folds, or static pressure measurements daily so BMI is a very easy way to track their progress. It's also a good way to try and generalize those who may have risk factors. Once you get into athletic people and trained people the BMI is no longer as accurate as you might figure. My BMI is relatively high considering I only have something like 5% body fat, for example. --------------------

!UPDATE!
for somereason my Laptop wont let me sign in, it brings me to the login screen and when i log in the screen just stays black except for the mouse curser so right now im at my local libary untill i get my Laptop checked. just thought i would let you guys know --------------------
