I doubt Swift Strike + Great Knife is so OP that its broken.

Weird because it is. I love watching other classes do as much as I do Rapid Striking.

And by other classes I mean ALL classes.

Let's say on one training run using swift strike, I have to use 40 ethers. My Swift Strike costs 4 mp, and I have a maximum of 113. 40 ethers used, mp cost of 4, max mp of 113, that's approximately 1130 hits with swift strike. My great knife costs approximately 7 gold per swing to repair. 1130 hits with swift strike with my great knife costs me approximately 7910 gold. Couple that with the cost of ethers, I have to pay approximately 14310 gold. Per training session. And that's just on ethers and repairs to my great knife.

Dealing damage costs a lot sir.

but with a great knife, youre able to deal 2x regular knife(one handed) power sans recoil. so its really hitting with 2 knives without recoil per 4 m.p. which is nothing.. at... how much m.p. do you have?

My personal view on anything in a game: If something becomes so good that every class uses it, regardless of build, it should probably be looked at.

The fact is, I've been seeing every class, from Knights, to Ninjas, to Wizards using those Great Knives and Swift Strike. I won't say if it is broken or not, but perhaps it deserves a little bit more investigation.

i will say this no one has done more damage to me than oondi using a GK even Cea or Zekion .... they would damage from 130-160 on non shielded or blocked hits oondi would do above 200 a few time. But then again he could have a higher grade weapon plus over proffed alot of intangibles. Investigate first dont go nerfing something that may or may not be needing a nerf
