1. Names must not look like screen names. By this we just mean, no alternating caps/lowercase, no random x's, and the like.

2. Names must not reference famous people, fictional or otherwise. A good way to test this is by googling the name. If the first few results aren't about the character or person in question, the name is okay. This includes last names. Hence, Cloud Strife is not allowed, but Cloud Smith would be.

3. As far as renames go, these are only allowed if the character's name violates the rules. Be sure the name you pick when you make the character is the name you want.
