Question, Bus Virus?

hi, for some reason solus told me that he has been getting links from me for the last 3 months and that its a bus virus i got, than i asked quinto followed by desh to see if they were getting links from me and quinto said that he wasan't but desh said that he was. now here is what i don't understand, i have only had this laptop for almost 2 weeks and it got Norton on it and my friend Chris got my other laptop and it got avg on it and he has been getting links from other people also so i have no idea, please help me know anything that may help me out?
