It seems that materials in Giant's Helm bug out and remove themselves from the game. Only two things come to mind.
1) Them not saving correctly.
2) Citizens being able to grab them and give them to NPCs to destroy.
If it is the latter, then there should be a setting for domains to prevent this from happening, such as only allowing the domain lord and chancellor to move them if the option is chosen.
However, due to the sheer amount of them (70 wood, 330+ stone the first time, 50 wood 120 stone the second time), I believe it is a saving issue instead of the latter. Could this be looked into, please?
That's not a bug. You should watch over your citizens more carefully to make sure that they're not stealing your resources or keep them in a locked building. Only citizens of a domain are allowed to touch your resources. Stop trying to put the game on auto-pilot for Kumog wins.
Hey guys it's bannable to go off-topic in bug reports now. Like you're doing.
To contribute: It's entirely possible that it's a saving issue, especially considering how often people liked to rearrange GsH's materials into a heart or something.
I still stand by my prior argument. Everyone in the game does not need to be 100% safe. On top of setting application stringency and investigating his citizens, he could always uh, you know, build walls and and put up a gate.
Edit: Pretty sure only one person was going off topic around here Garrboat.
Double Edit: I can assure you it's not a save issue. I've got eyes and ears in various places.

I do believe that Dean is correct. This is not a bug. This is Dean/Dean's buddies/Dean's female-alt-of-the-day joining Giant's Helm and absconding with the resources.
Gaku: not a bug
