- decreased exp gain for split exp, but only for
--- party members whose level >5 levels below PC who killed monster

bug fix: Kick uses MP prior to execution (Frank) *o
bug fix: Pick Lock on certain invalid domain doors => crash *o
bug fix: Brother Flagio takes money before teaching spell (Exophus) *o
