Physical Characteristics

Height: Around 3 feet
Eyes: Black, but also green, bright green or red if he uses night vision, X-ray or infrared.

Build: Small/Compact
Unique Physical Traits: Stitch had a pair of extra legs, a pair of antennae and three spines on his back, all of which he can retract to look like the dog he pretends to be. One of his big ears appears to be a bit damaged.
Other: Stitch is a small creature, and looks nothing like the fighting machine he were created to be. He’s been compared to a koala, and does resemble one a bit, with his big head, ears, round nose and clawed fingers. His legs are small, but strong enough to let him jump high up in the air, and he’s extremely flexible. He has a set of sharp teeth with a yellow hue. While some might call him ugly, he himself prefers “cute and fluffy”.
Stitch is energetic and fast, and almost always moves at a fast pace. His eyes are very expressive despite their solid, black colour, and while they are mostly alight with playfulness and just a bit of mischief, they can show sorrow and anger too.
Stitch usually does not wear clothes except on some occasions, due to him posing as a dog. He has a necklace that he always keeps close, either around his neck or hidden in one of his retracted paws; a red one with a carved tree figure of the God Ku Tiki.

Other: Having been made for destroying, Stitch can be a difficult opponent in a physical fight. In battle, he’ll use whatever is at hand that can help him, and he’ll do anything in his power to protect those who are dear to him. He’s good at hand to hand combat and with swords, and does seem to prefer it instead of guns, although he’s good with those too.

  Personality: At first a being with no other purpose other than to destroy, Experiment 626 was a creature who only knew how to be angry and rude and had a twisted, evil behaviour. That was, until he crashed on Earth and met Lilo, who taught him what it meant to be nice and care for people and things, about kindness and the meaning of “ohana”; to leave no one behind or alone. Stitch sometimes still has some troubles being nice, even after more than five years on Earth, and is prone to breaking things by mistake or causing mischief (not perhaps, so much by mistake). He tries his best to appeal to and fit in among the humans around him, though, as he is terribly afraid of being rejected. While usually childish, energetic, playful and carefree, he does care deeply for his family and will not be happy if anyone tries to hurt them, in which case he can be very serious, and won’t bother with keeping his destructive tendencies at bay.
  
  History: Illegally created by scientist Jumba Jookiba in his lab on one of the many small asteroids orbiting the planet Turo, Stitch was the 626th experiment to be finished. He would also be the last in a long time. Only minutes after his activation, the United Galactic federation broke into the lab and captured both Jumba and Stitch and put them on trial. Stitch insulted the federation and showed no signs of averting from his destructive ways, and was therefore sentenced by the Grand Councilwoman to lifetime imprisonment on a desert asteroid. On the way to his prison, he manages to escape, fooling Captain Gantu, who is supposed to escort him. With a stolen ship he crash-lands on Earth, on the small, Hawaiian island Kauai, where he then gets run over by three tractor-trailers which renders him unconscious. The drivers take him to an animal shelter, believing him to be some sort of animal, and he recovers the next morning. Discovering that his creator has been sent to Earth along with so called “Earth expert” Agent Pleakley to retrieve him, he disguises himself as a dog and manages to get adopted by a little girl; Lilo Pelekai, and her big sister Nani.
  
  At first, his only intentions are to use Lilo as a shield, as Jumba and Pleakley can’t hurt humans in their hunt. But between Lilo’s determination to make him “good” and his own struggles with finding a purpose on the small island where he has nothing to destroy, he soon starts to realise there might be other things in life than destruction and mayhem. He watches as Nani fights to keep Lilo in her care, a social worker named Cobra Bubbles who is concerned that Nani can’t take care of her sister properly after their parent’s death. Slowly, he starts to love the little family, to the point where he leaves them, realising his behaviour is the reason for Nani not managing to get a job and for losing custody over Lilo.
  
  As he is found by Jumba, he realises where his family really is and returns, but Jumba follows him. As Jumba has been fired, he doesn’t care about if any human gets in the way anymore, and as he and Stitch fights, they eventually manages to blow up the Pelekai’s house. Nani is out looking for a job with her soon-to-be boyfriend David, but Lilo barely gets saved by Pleakley. Cobra Bubbles arrive to take the girl away, but she escapes into the forest and meets Stitch, who finally reveals himself to be an alien. Lilo rejects him then, but they are suddenly both captured by Gantu. Stitch manages to escape, and manages to talk Jumba and Pleakley into a rescue attempt. Succeeding, they arrive to the beach only to be met by the Grand Councilwoman. At first set on capturing Stitch and take him to the desert asteroid, she changes her mind when she sees that he has changed for the better. She exiles him to Earth instead, and makes the Pelekais his caretakers, thus hindering Cobra Bubbles from destroying the family. Along with “uncle” Jumba, “aunt” Pleakley and Cobra, Stitch, Lilo and Nani end up with a rather big family.
  
  Soon though, Stitch begins to malfunction, going into glitches during which he reverts back to his old, bad self. Jumba explains this to be due to him not being fully charged after his creation, the Galactic federation interfering before that could be done. After unintentionally hurting Lilo during one of his glitches, Stitch attempts to leave Earth. He fails and crashes during yet another glitch, and almost dies despite Jumba and Lilo’s attempts at recharging him. As Lilo cries and cradles him in her arms, he miraculously returns to life, to which not even Jumba has an explanation.
  
  As an old accomplice of Jumba; Dr Hämsterviel, comes to Earth with Gantu working for him, Lilo and Stitch finds out that there were 625 other experiments before Stitch, and that Hämsterviel now wants them. With help from one of the experiments, which Stitch and Lilo includes in their ohana, calling them “cousins”, they manage to beat Hämsterviel and give him over to the Grand Councilwoman. All the experiments have been scattered over Kauai, so she gives Lilo and Stitch the task of collecting them, turning them from bad to good, and finding them all a place where they belong. Stitch’s first encounter with Experiment 624, Angel, was love at first sight. At first, she had no feelings for him, but later changed her mind and actually saved his life.
  
  Three years later, all the experiments had a home, and Stitch, Lilo, Jumba and Pleakley are called to the Galactic Federation to be thanked. Stitch gets a offer to be captain of the Galactic Armada and the BRB (Big Red Battleship) 9000. Not wanting to make Lilo sad, he declines, but when Lilo sees how much he really wants it she tells him to go anyway, which he does. He, Jumba and Pleakley all leave Earth, and Stitch’s first mission turns out to be none other than to capture Hämsterviel, who’s escaped prison with the help of Gantu. He arrives to Jumba’s old lab just in time to fight Leroy, a new experiment Hämsterviel has forced Jumba to make. He loses the battle, and is sent flying towards a black hole along with Jumba and Pleakley. Fortunately, they managed to survive, and with the help of Lilo, a reformed Gantu and all the cousins they beat all the Leroy clones Hämsterviel has made, and sends him to prison along with them.

How Did You Find Us: I’m not completely sure, since this site has been lurking in my Favourites for a long time (I knew I wanted to join ever since I first saw it, but haven’t felt inspired to write a profile until now…), but I’m pretty sure it was from an advertisement on another RPG site.

Other: I’ve been looking around, and it seems there is only Nani around from the Stitch movies, which is kinda sad, because it’s such an awesome bunch of movies/series. And it much funnier playing Stitch if there’s a Lilo and some cousins around, so I hope we could get some of those. :)
