During the day the weather is beautiful. It's California after all right? On the nice days, it reaches around 70 degrees Fahrenhiet and at night it doesn't get below 30. California is the first state to get hit with a nation wide virus called Croatoan. It's slowly spreading north into Oregon, so watch out. It's as if Zombies have taken over the state of California and the residence are gone, or eaten. The population of 34,980 people have been infected by the virus.
SURVIVAL KIT. Congratulations, you survived the apocalypse. Now all you have left to do is stay alive. It shouldn't be that hard. We've assembled a kit for your survival needs. Inside are important key factors on staying in one piece. Good luck.

THE ARRIVAL. Once you've been accepted the sign ups can be found in here and so can the accepted applications. This section is not visible to guest has it holds personal information in the member directory.
THE ACCEPTED. Accepted/Approved applications reside here. If you ever need information from these applications and can not get to it yourself, please contact an admin.

IN CHARACTER CHAT. Love to talk in the cbox, but tend to fade in and out of character at times? Come here, for full on character, live action type roleplaying, Anything OOC in this chat will not be accepted, unless marked 'ooc'. Have fun.
Rules:
1. Anything in here does not effect the main plot of the board unless arranged with other characters.
2. Being active in the chat does not substitute for posting on the forum. You must still post on the forum in order to pass activity checks.

AIRPORTS. An airfield equipped with control tower and hangars as well as accommodations for passengers and cargo. Better watch out now because word around is that the security is lacking.

ALLEY WAYS. Those tiny nooks and crannies behind the larger buildings. These are not the best places to roam alone. They're a bit shady and very dangerous. Stay safe.

BARS & TAVERNS. Need a drink? Hell, we all do right now. If you can find one that hasn't been touched by the darkness, by all means get drunk off your ass. But if you happen to stumble across a bar that has been touched by the darkness, go there during the day, take your beer, and get out.
CITY STREETS. Ever seen a movie where the major cities have abandoned cars in the street with trash littered everywhere? Most places are like this now. So watch your back or something else will.
EDUCATION CENTERS. Everyone needs to be educated right? There are schools in safe bunkers for kids so they can get what little education they can. But there is also the typical schools that are abandoned and untouched from when kids stopped going. The playgrounds are almost erie.

GAS STATIONS. Refueling is a must when you're constantly moving around the united states. Just stop on by a gas station. But be sure you know how to work a pump, there aren't any employees anymore.
GRAVEYARDS. Creepy things aren't they? Well if you feel the need to salt'n'burn some sons of bitches, you found the right place. Just be careful, please, graveyards were already freaky enough at dark, now they're just dangerous.

RETAIL STORES. In need of clothing, appliances, that kind of thing? Find it here. Careful though, while some of these are abandoned for good, and you can take what you like, there are some people left, and they're usually packing something extra to make sure you don't try anything, and you are who and what you say you are.
GAMES. Even though this is the out of character section, you're allowed to post in character for the games if you want to. Members are allowed to start games, just start a new thread, explain the rules and get it rolling. Just make sure there isn't a thread with that game already.
GRAPHIC SECTION. Where those who are so graphically inclined can set up shop for requests, and others can request from them or open up their own topic for a request.
THREADS. Completed, abandoned, and open threads. Here is where they will be kept. If you want your thread closed, fill out the forum and PM it to an admin. Same with reopening threads.
APPLICATIONS. Here you can find abandoned applications, or members that have not past activity check. The apps reside here, if you wish to pull it from the archives, PM the code given to an admin.
