these rules apply to all planets in this galaxy, more specefic rules may be found in a topic such as planet (such and such) rules.
1.planets may be sold in this galaxy, but they stay in this galaxy unless you want to pay extra to move it. example: i own the galaxy. someone wants to buy planet whatever. they pay me a certain number of points and they own the pplanet but it is still in the galaxy. if they at any time wish to move the planet to another galxy, they pay more and it is completly theres. 2. all planets that are not owned by someone else are owned buy me. 3.planets can be blown up but there must be a reasonable cuase such as a huge fight or a huge energy ball( goku and freeza fight) 4.the whole galaxy has one set of dragonballs, and to collect them all is a great acomplishment. this dragon has the abbility to grant any wish. 5. have fun! -------------------- Go Go GoGetenks!
