I believe it could be in hex, just find chimchar's bytes and search for them. Though, it would be a lot of guessing and checkingm, and considering the length of diamond and pearl's intro., that would be a tedious task indeed!

I wish I knew how to edit the starters, things would be a lot more interesting in my (very small, just for the fun of it, only i play them) hacks. Anyways, if you find the program to edit starters, remember to post it here, I would love to use it!
