Omg? Weird thing with rom speed

I didn't know any other place to put this thread. Now, on to the chase.

I started my rom. twice by accident. I close the other one a while after and all of a sudden the percentage of the emulator was 350%!
What the heck happened? Is it a glitch I found? Or...I dont really know. It is just weird. Post your thoughts about this.

Edit: It went back to the stupid slow speed when I was in my house... I thought that if it is laggish normally it would go normal speed this time because of the speed up. But the speed went away.

Yeah, the emulator will go that speed when in areas that there are no problems running the game. Places like your house, or a town, however; are still hard for the emulator to pick up and therefore decreases the speed.

Thank you for explaining that. I still wonder why it did not do this before. Now it is doing it every time... It is good if I want to race through that part though.

Oh, BTW. Before this happened, I downloaded a Pearl rom. Guess what came with it.....



A debugger! I have no idea how to work it though...Or what I can do with it.

I do believe he's using the debugger from iDeaS. I'm not sure though, so I suppose we will see what happens.
